- It was adequate for a stopover en route to Cornwall
- Staff was very friendly and helped us immensely.

- The roads were shut nearby and we took 2 hours finding hotel, only to find we were at the North not South one, and only way to get there was by going up numerous no entry roads
- The location of the hotel is difficult to find, I went to 2 different hotels before finding the correct one.
- Awful! Bathroom not clean, extractor fan broken, bathroom door warped and does not close, eight unfilled screwholes, Carpet sticky, a single bed, unmade, looked like a discarded hospital bed from the 1950`s Nobody on reception to take complaints!
