What a lovely clean apartment. location was great for town centre. Will be staying again.

This is a nice unit for a longer stay in Andover. It has a convenient location and comes with parking which not all rentals have.

It is a bunch of steps for the 3rd floor but at least they are wide. The unit is very nice but could use with a bit more kitchen supplies. The other thing it could really use in a floor length mirror. There is no way to see all of your self when you are getting ready in the morning.

Pretty much nothing at all

Took about 10 phone calls and an hour to get access to the property. Bedroom window frame broken, window wouldn’t shut so cold and noisy. Toilet return valve faulty so dripped all night. Kitchen floor badly buckled. Every cup / mug badly stained, microwave full of the last guests tea, the sofa was rock hard. The living room carpet was stained horrifically (couldn’t take my shoes off). Most TV channels were restricted.

It was spacious

No hot running water. Lack of communication. (Have been promised a refund for the water issue. And have been chasing for nearly 3 weeks)

Was super handy to office and close to shops.

The washing machine didn't work. When pressing the start button the whole pad moved and wouldn't start.Had to flush toilet twice just to get toilet paper down, waste of water n should be looked at.

It’s closeness to venue we were attending for party.

Clean tidy great setting very quiet.

Central, clean and bright Nice beds and linen - good size kitchen and dining and living space

Flat is at top of building so hot and unable to open rear bedroom window. Window could be opened in front bedroom but noisy outside at night, so couldn't get a good night's sleep Also fridge didn't seem cold enough so some food was spoiled

Towels could have been a bit bigger and there was no long mirror

Apartment nice and spacious, was nice and warm and very modern. We had everything we needed for our stay.Location close to family and shops, and sights.

Didn't like that the front door was unlocked at night, but this was rectified during our stay.There were stains on the sofa bed, so we luckily had a fleece throw, which we used to sit on. There were stains on the walls in the kitchen area and some on the carpet, no fault of the owner, and more likely disrespectful guests.

Great central location.

Had a problem with the smoke alarm going off for days and no one responded after calling / emailing, very disappointed with their response. It's a bit noisy on weekends from the pubs andThe road going up to the carpark gets block twice a day at school times so be aware if going out/ returning at those times! Both not the fault of the apartment but be aware!

Great location near town facilities. Car park space was great. Big apartment for the 2 of us, lovely size bathroom. Nice and warm aswell. It was easy to contact the management company if I needed something, very quick response received which was perfect. Thank you.

Probably needs a bit of update on kitchen equipment available but I know alot of people eat out. Advert noted a dishwasher but that was absent but again not a big issue. Some items in the flat had been worn like the sofa and chest of drawers in one room, again not a problem for us as it didn't bother us.

Great apartment in really good location close to town.

Just one thing, there was only one small mirror in the entire apartment. Doing hair and make-up was a real chore had to use photo app on iPad.

It was very clean, and everything you needed was available. Good location as well for my needs at the time.

The bed mattress was not the best, and the TV remote wasn't working properly.

Controlling the temperature. The apartment was extremely hot.

Clean and great shower nice decor. Modern

No window in second bedroom. Stuffy and hot. Not sure if that bedroom meets safety requirements. Area so noisy. Many pubs and clubs surrounding apartment. Loud noise til 4 am in morning. Hardly slept. Apartment only big enough for 4 people. Sofa bed small and uncomfortable. Had to sleep three in bed and one person on hard sofa bed. Only seating for 4 people. One chair was falling apart. No bath towels on arrival. Asked twice for more

Exactly as pictured and described. Very nice, felt fresh and well maintained.

Parking was a bit tight but not really a problem.

Was welcoming, clean and tidy.

Vial smell in stairwell to property. (Unfortunately coming from another property)
