Set in 9 acres of parkland, the hotel is well placed for Guildford, Woking and the M25. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel, and free parking on site. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with attached bathroom with Freeview TV, and many also have fine views. A traditional bar and restaurant. A civil ceremony license and elegant air conditioned function rooms make the Manor House Hotel Guildford a popular wedding venue. West Clandon station is 1.9 mi away, and Guildford station is 3.1 mi away.

Please inform Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are welcome to use the spa facilities from check in at 3pm until 11am on the day of departure. Please note treatments and massages are available and need to be booked in advance. Bedroom images shown on our website are of certain room types but may not be the actual room you will be allocated to your booking. Guildford Manor is a busy wedding/event venue and as such does play host to events Friday, Saturday with music possibly played until midnight, while we do try and allocate rooms away for the sound this does depend on room types. On arrival you will be asked for a £50.00 per adult pre-authorization fee, which can either be used to pay your bill or will be released back to your account on departure.

- The staff were very professional and very helpful
- It was close to our family and the pool was nice.
Cons -
- The time there went too quickly
- We did not like the mold on the bath and shower curtain. The crumpy staff and owner that did not care about the problems. The shower was held together by electrical tape and kept falling off the holder and almost hit my husband in the head. Workman , etc
