Bed was nice good location, could have done with a nice robe

Couldn’t get in my hotel room , a few times I had to go downstairs and get my hotel room card sorted out. Which the receptionist (the man working in the night shift) really helped me! So no dramas in the end of my stay :)

Quiet ,clean ,comfy , breakfast was good

Lovely comfortable bed ,powerful shower and room was clean .

Room had a disabled bathroom which can be a bit tricky to use as an able bodied person. Water was warm but not hot evening and morning.

We had a fab stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. We have a little dog that they adored and made such a fuss of - it was great to go somewhere where the staff love animals. The restaurant/ bar was good, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Staff were very friendly & welcoming, food was great, room was clean, hotel was a great location base for work & the free WiFi was very useful.

It was a great value. Very safe. Cute interior. Comfortable. Clean. Nice staff. I I liked having the option for breakfast, even thought I decided against it. (Note: I did not stay while a race was going on)

It was about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. I should have looked a little closer at the location. The walk there was safe, even at night.

The hotel was great value for money. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was very clean and tidy

The room was small and basic, but more than adequate for the price!

Location was good

Room didn’t have a desk so I changed rooms to one with a desk and the lamp didn’t work so lighting was poor whilst I was doing paperwork.

Nice staff. Easy check-in/out. Easy parking.Twin room, small but clean and comfortable.Well located for the horse racing, if that's your thing but I was there for different reasons and was just 10 minutes from my location.

Food was fine but nothing special and quite expensive. The bar was very expensive.

Very large bed

Shower was awful - for a female you can't have a shower without getting your hair soaked. If you also turn the shower on before getting in the shower you end up soaking the floor. The bed was lovely and big but you could not even get down one side of the bed as it was so close to the wall.
