Breakfast was superb, excellent choice and all freshly prepared - really got this right!

Fluffy towels in the public toilets rather than paper towels - minor detail

Accepting the fact it`s a Holiday Inn, it really is very good indeed. Big clean rooms, good food. The staff are exceptional. If I wanted to run a hotel, I would want Mohammed on the front desk. Kind, patient, fun - someone who exudes hospitality. First class.

It was all good.

Extremely comfortable room and bed. Good choice at breakfast and a plentiful supply throughout, especially at the hot buffet. Bacon was cooked to perfection and the best we've had! Compliments to the chef. Friendly, welcoming staff both in reception and at breakfast.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it had wonderful air conditioning (or heating for winter). Hot water was immediate in the shower, which was a blessing! We were also quite pleased that there were different types of sleeping pillows to choose from, which is always nice, and the room was very clean. We were surprised at how quiet the hotel was, considering it was near a road, but we slept like babies. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we especially liked the buffet breakfast. Lots of food choices, including a full traditional English breakfast! The hotel felt very safe and it was well-taken care of. Some parts of the hotel need more updating, but it is a work in progress that they are working on. This was a quality, economical hotel, and we would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

The breakfast was really delicious. They have great blueberry muffins, I wish I know from where they bought it. Even the receptionist were really kind and helpful. They gave us free sparkling water. The room was provided with lovely greeting chocolates. Even the parking was free for us and safe.

The secondary glazing on the window wouldn't close completely so I was aware of some road noise. Luckily the road wasn't too busy into Sunday morning..

Everything was very good. The initial appearance was nice. It had good parking. Everyone was very friendly. The food was well cooked. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

The bathroom was well done but could've done with notices on the taps indicating hot and cold. The bath was very slippery and there was no hand rail.

Nice part though much far from town and nothing nearby. Good for few nights stay if you are planning attractions near by and have a car. good wifi and ample car parking spaces

tele didnt have enough channels. I expected a smart TV and connection to smartphone as it is the norm in many hotels worldwide

Location was good and the kitchen staff were supportive to heat the food for my kid. This is appreciable!

Our stay was unfortunately marred by several disappointments in service and room readiness. While we booked a room with a sofa bed for our child, it was not set up upon arrival. The wait for assistance was unnecessarily long, and the provided mattress sheet and pillowcase were of poor quality. Furthermore, the room service the following day was subpar. While the attempt was made, the cleaning felt superficial, leaving the room looking neither tidy nor thoroughly cleaned. Also, the quality of mattress and bed was uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. The restaurant menu did not had a many vegan options.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful especially Mervyn the manager.

Bedroom was comfortable and a good size

We made a complaint about a towel having blood on when my son went to use it after the shower. The staff said they would look into it talk with staff and provide feedback. They have not feedback any actions and it has left me quite upset.

Mattress and base needs looking into, extremely uncomfortable. Spoilt the stay.

Location was perfect for us. Near to a Wedding venue we were going to. We didn't have to pay extra to park. It was a large car park and felt safe and secure. The staff were welcoming and helpful from checking in to the time we left. Our room was large and clean and we didnt hear any road noise.The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice. The staff were a credit to the hotel.We would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything that needed improving.

We stayed here as we were passing through the area and was surprised at the great experience we had. Every single member of staff was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't eat dinner as we arrived late, but sat in the bar for a drink, which was relaxed. Breakfast was good quality - plentiful and hot. Customer Service was excellent.
