great location clean comfortable rooms. Due to frost and ice car park was like a skating rink but a few men spreading grit sorted out efficiently. Very impressive and very polite

Easy check in staff are all lovely. We have stayed here twice due to the hotel being a 10 minute drive to Pembrey circuit. Also a lovely golf course just up the road. We had food on site which was delicious and good priced.

Good location, warm welcome and nice breakfast

Room was too warm and the radiator wouldn’t turn off so didn’t sleep very well. Seemed to be short staffed so service was a bit slow.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us as we have a retail motorsport items business and we were trading at Pembrey racing circuit on a car rally. The hotel has excellent presentation even had lovely Xmas decorations. The room was well appointed and fully stocked with beverage and bathroom items. The restaurant boasted a comprehensive selection of food on the menu, and could not be faulted. We found the staff friendly and attentive.

We had difficulty getting to our room as we have health issues and found the stairs challenging carrying our bags, but it was our fault as staff did offer to take our bags to room. Hotel may have a lounge area away from bar, but we couldn't find it, we like to sit in quiet area to relax and not be confined to bedroom.

Room cold despite early registration, apparently reception need to turn on heating. Room TV intermittently turned itself off.Shower produced a pathetic dribbleBedside lights so dim, couldnt read a book by the light.

We have been coming every year for the past 5 years and always enjoy our stay but thought the rooms were starting to look a bit tired - Since the new owners have been their they have started to referb the rooms and have done an excellent jobs. We stayed in a newly refurbished room, and the new decor was beautiful. The bathroom was light and spacious with an amazing rainforest shower. We were greated by the owners daughter upon arrival who was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. See you next year.

We had evening dinner as well as breakfast the following morning.Good selection of choices, and enjoyed the food.

Friendly staff, were able to place a trailer we travelled with in the field. Biscuits and fresh milk in room each morning.

Location excellent..so close to Burry Port Harbour..20 mins walk..plus 10 min drive to Pembrey Country Park and beach

Hotel needs updating..room was great apart from slight musty smell..think new carpets needed

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived after 9pm after a 4 hour drive. We missed dinner but sandwiches with crisps, salad and tea and a latte were brought to our room for us. Lovely staff member

Nothing to not like

Location ideal for golf at Ashburnham Golf Club and also for walking along coast path and harbour.

Bedroom and bathroom bit dated and tired, could do with refresh.

My daughter and family live close by so was very handy, ( just accross the railway bridge ). Only had breakfast on one morning, but it was very good. We will come and stay again another day. We will see how much the price will change after the refurbashing

Everything was fine. Only one thing.The carpark could do with leveling out to stop the big puddles, I can see this being a problem in the winter, ice etc.

Didn’t have Breakfast but the location was excellent. Had a lovely walk in the evening and walked down to the beach. We have stayed with you several times and will be returning hopefully in the near future.

Staff friendly rooms comfortable but deco a little tired. Bathroom adequate but i hate shower curtains around shower in bath. I much prefer shower glass around bath. Food good quality and reasonable prices.

No fridge in room.

The couple have only just purchased the property and intend to update it as soon as possible
