Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham Town Centre By IHG

Well located, clean and helpful staff.

The staff were excellent

Everything was good really only suggestions would be black pudding, fried bread, and a better flavour of coffee for breakfast

Amazing location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms

Don't have anything bad to say about the hotel was an amazing stay

The location was great for what we wanted and the access to the gym and pool were brilliant for our family with 2 teenagers. Lots of discounts for the local businesses too.

Breakfast was a bit manic.. loads of people at the same time.. not enough staff to clear the tables so we had to wait and sit separately until a table became available. The room was comfy for a family a little tight on space, but the traffic noise from the street was quite loud although the window was closed, it was also a bit too warm.

Close to the centre

Noisy rooms, can hear neighbours dogs, kids crying and road noise. Didn’t get my preference of double bed. Pool and sauna is not on site- 5 minute walk at the gym so didn’t use.

Great location. Easy to park in the NCP next door. Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds.

Great location and easy access to Town Centre restuarnats. Within walking distance of car parking Great Breakfast in the morning, plenty of choice!

A little noisy with doors banging in the night, a small niggle which wouldn't impact my choice to stay again.

. Everything was as expected

The rooms were stinking, we changed our room and even the other room stank. The gym, swimming pool are not conveniently located at all. You need to cross a road , a signal, go to a mall and then you get to the gym and swimming pool. If you are going with family, you can forget the use of the pool, because you will almost never be able to use it in the time that allocated for families.

Breakfast was splendid. Clean and tidy room with lots of amenities. 25% discount on NCP car park which is just opposite.

Staff were very helpful receptionist / server were excellent and were very good at listening to my needs

I feel for the size of the room the cost should be a little lesser like a £80 as car park is also not covered was discounted 25% but that isnt great for a night stay

The breakfast was the best we have had in a holiday inn everything was cooked well and very hot also great choice. All staff were very friendly

To be honest everything was well done couldn’t fault

Great location and good value. Bed comfy, room clean, parking very close at NCP with discount. Very good breakfast with cooked items topped up all the time. Very good choice with cereals, yoghurt, fruit compote, croissants, toast, mini muffins, pancake maker, bacon, sausage, beans and tomatoes. Fruit juice and got drinks.

Close to centre and food quarter, clean and breakfast good.

Parking in ncp was pricey but closely so not a problem

Great location, friendly staff! Dog friendly!

Ideal location. Parking next to the hotel. Restaurants just across the road. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel, with a comfortable bed.

Easy location to get to and nice room

Cheaper parking would be nice

Room location, Breakfast was great.Staff was very good.Good space in room and bathroom.

A table is needed with a lamp. A cupboard for clothes needed.

Can't say anything negative about this hotel, great location, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome, you get the use of a gym and swimming pool, 5 mins walk from hotel, the pool table in bar area is free to use and it only cost £67 for the night, would definitely recommend,

Can't write anything negative

Location

Staff were not welcoming. And a really loud alarm was going off no one came so I went down to reception to be told I don't know anything about alarms and they said they would send someone up, it was still going off so I did something that made it go off in end and still no one came to check or even apologised. This stay was a gift and made what was meant to be a nice night away not a very pleasant one.

Great location, near restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good. Staff members are really helpful if you encounter any issues.

The room was a bit cold for me, but appart from that - it was a great stay!
