Value for money.Location is very central.

Bathrooms needs to be cleaned since every one uses them. frequently.

I didn't know breakfast is supposed to be served

The WiFi ain't working, bathroom drain needs to be checked

Location was fab and a nice room for the price. But there was such a terrible smell upon entering the building. My room was much better than the hall, but this really could definitely be looked into. Other than the smell, I would have been really happy!

The property is definitely a VERY budget accommodation. It’s incredibly run down and poorly kept. I have stayed in cheap accommodation before but university halls would be cleaner and better kept, for sure

DO NOT STAY HERE. BEDBUGS, HAIR ON BED AND RUDE STAFF.

Had the worst stay of my life here. BEDBUG found in the bed. Immediately took a picture and disposed of the bedbug, walked all the way back to the reception (you have to walk to a different building for reception and checkin). I asked them to change the room for me which they did thankfully, and was told to email the manager. Went into the new room, found a large distasteful clump of hair just sitting on the bed right by the pillow. Emailed the manager about the bedbug and hair found, received a horrible response, basically telling me there was no presence of bedbugs, even when I just caught the bedbug in the bed and even sent them photographic proof!!! And they told me they believe that their housekeeping staff would not have missed the hair on the bed. (But it evidently was, I sent a picture to them too). Took a long time to reply my emails, absolutely no apology from the email about the unhygienic hair or the bedbug. The toilet door was also faulty. Absolutely DO NOT recommend to stay. Staff that checked us in was not friendly either. Cannot think of any good things to say about this place.

Room is in a modified town house and not sound proof.Shared bathroom was a bit questionable after lots of showers.

Specially inside the room is saffogation that is the main reason,And For me also when I was staying in the room I was feeling very uncomfortable.Most of the time I was see the stairs was too much dirty

Staff are lovely it's old fashioned and bed could do wit a new mattress and pillows are well wore out place stunk of weed

At midnight someone was going around trying to get into rooms- I heard beeping a jiggling doors- when they got to mine I yelled out… at 2:30am drunk people were in the building shouting and smelled like pot. Disappointed

The location was good not far from town few minutes walk and the carpark was just down the road from where we stayed so a short walk with suitcases. The beds were comfortable , not rock hard like some hotels and the curtains were thick enough to keep the light out.

The toilet extractor fan or some fan was on all night with a constant noise though the night. My friends room also had a sewage smell to her room. The showers could do with an update.

The fact that I could not get a room with ensuite which was a shame. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Decent for getting back from the centre of town, functional for what I needed - dunk my gear and get my head down for the night I was down.

Not signed fantastically, took a bit of time to figure out where reception was compared to my room.The floor in my room didn't feel all that sturdy.

Kettle was faulty; I was almost charged for the damage.Creaky floorboards and loud talking from room above.Woken in early morning by another guest who was locked out of their room.

It was very close to town centre comfortable and very clean.

Inside the room was wonderful. It was clean, cozy and very nice including the supply of everything one could need.

Shared washroom facilities were a complete disaster. The drainage at the shower not working so it was flooded and the toilet was a complete mess and soiled by other residents. A lot of noise from the streets/traffic outside. Noise from other residents.

Great location. Amazing value for money. The bed was comfy, basic room but what you expect for the price. Everything was really clean, including the shared bathroom.

Need a bit of a spruce in terms of decoration but I knew what I was getting with the price point

For a one night stay it was honestly very good.Perhaps not for a week, but the room had so much more in it compared to other hotels I have been too.The staff were super helpful!!You can pay for early check in if it’s available, although my case it wasn’t, it was fine as the person assisting me allowed me to leave my bag in the office which was very helpful.Also note - the check in is different spot to the accomodation.

The pillow and blanket weren’t good unfortunately they really did feel like they had random pieces of fluff - probably needs to be restocked. Also there was a drop getting into the room - from the door to the room so just be prepared especially if it’s dark Bathrooms kinda smelled and the drain on the shower was clogged

Convenient to Central Cheltenham

The fact that check in was at a different hotel. This information should be highlighted in the email.That there was a step down into the room, should have a, Mind The Step. as I couldn't see it in the dark.
