Hotel employee on reception was so fabulous. Upgraded my room to a suite - I didnt want to leave! Didnt even know these rooms existed at the Citrus. I cant wait to return!
The central location with parking and the price which was very good value for money.
It is very basic as it is a converted office building and so not very attractive so whilst fine with us it will not be to everyone's taste.
Location good. Easy walk to town centre. Has its own car park. Free internet. Majority of staff are friendly.

It's tired and needs a makeover. The phone was falling off the wall in the bedroom, the bath had exposed and missing fittings. The car park is ridiculously tight to park for cars of todays size and you have to pay, this was not mentioned when booking.

Felt dated. The shower wasn't good, the shower head just leaked. No plugs by the bed.
