A good nights sleep and breakfast!

Good size rooms, comfy beds

Such a quiet hotel, no banging doors and a good night's sleep

There was a big convention on the weekend we went and the parking was usually packed, they should have kept some spaces designated for hotel guests

I like the breakfast and the room and jaccuzi , in general they are clean and the reception is very helpful , thr hotel it’s self is rates 4 star

I don’t like the swimming pool , the water is a little cold need be warmer

Beautiful hotel friendly staff super helpful room was amazing and comfortable the addition of a space heater was amazing for the cold night

Nothing really negative to say other than the location was a little further out of town than expected but this is more my fault for not doing enough research

Breakfast was excellent Rooms were were nice and lovey shower and bath very clean.Beds were so comfy

The lift was out of order and seemed to broken for quiet a while.Toilets at reception were out of order.The shower outside the steam room did not work at all.

It was cozy and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, the amenities were good and the breakfast hit the spot.

It is a bit far from the town centre, but the city bus runs very close by to get there so not a major issue

Good hotel, lovely staff, a lot of options for breakfast, common area is nice.

Having to pay for parking Hotel room need an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Bathroom is old with cold lighting.

Near to shooting center and easy in-out

Parking was payable and gym is closing very early.

It was execellent, worth for money, tidy and clean, reception and staffs were awesome.

The staff were all so warm, friendly and really helpful. The location is perfect for travellers needing the M5 yet totally quiet. The beds were really comfortable, everything beautifully clean, great breakfast offerings and the pool was a fab addition before hitting the road again. Definitely recommend.

Nice sized rooms

Pretty dated - no aircon in the room so was pretty hot even on an average day Wanted £25 to check out 60 mins later Ok for £100 a night but wouldn’t pay much more

The location was great for access to all the places we needed to visit. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and even though the hot food was buffet style this was topped up regularly rather than having heaps of food sitting around drying up. A young front of house team from reception to the bar and restaurant looked after us very well.

The hotel looked tired in places, it could do with some refurbishment and painting.The bar could've had a bit more choice, no draught cider or Aperol.

The property was conveniently close to the venue we needed to go to. Reception staff were extremely friendly and polite. All the staff were great. Special shout out to the head chef Marik (sorry if this is spelt wrong) who went above and beyond for us. He was exceptional. The restaurant / breakfast/ bar staff were absolutely lovely too.

I don’t feel my room was clean well. I am happy to pay to stay somewhere if the cleaning is good. I’m not overly fussed about amenities and modern furnishing when it comes to hotel. That comes second to a clean room. The room rates were quite high and to pay for parking £14 for 2 nights was a little bit more than I would want to pay.

A ground floor room which was quite big

There wernt any drawers for clothes. Disappointed that others in our group got the room cheaper and had a voucher for 10% of the bar drinks and free parking and a free bottle of prosecco. And others in our group didn't have to pay for the parking but i was told i have to pay £14 for the parking.
