Pros +
- Only here for one night but it was nice enough. Convenient location. Was a bit strange with the contactless entry and no reception to phone for information prior to visit. But they did answer emails promptly and a really nice guy who was in the bar area when we arrived, was very, very helpful and kindly showed us to our room on the 3rd floor.Would definitely stay again!
- Breakfast was good. Sammy was helpful. Room was comfortable.
- I have the staff a neutral because there were none. Rooms are nice and modern.
Cons -
- I NEVER saw the first staff member.
- No lift - but there's only 3 floors so not too bad, especially if only carrying a small overnight bag.
- No complaints

Easy access. Good communications.
A bit of road noise. Not bad
Quiet at night. Hot shower.
No reception, awkward interaction with a staff person, steep spiral stairs to a problematic attic room, mushy twin beds, very poor value. Bumped our heads at every turn.
Very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and the restaurant had great food.
Far off the Cotswold way
The room is in a nice and old countryside building, in the attic - despite the location, the it was not that warm. The breakfast was nice, the staff was helpfull, it was good that we could sit outside in the garden.
It was next to a busy road, the cars were a bit loud.
This hotel has the easiest check-in of any place I’ve stayed. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and as a bonus, it’s just an easy 10-minute walk to Dunkertons — a must-visit outdoor venue with multiple bars and food stands.
The place was clean and tidy the staff were lovely and the food was excellent
There was no lift and i have a bad back and had to lug my stuff upstairs on my own
Closest hotel to the Cotswold way.
Bed very soft. Slightly overpriced.
Nice location, not far from the Cotswold way and walking distance to Dunkertons, a lively place to have food/drinks.
This is a contactless hotel. There is no staff except in the evening when the bar and dining room open. Breakfast which doesn't require reservations starts at 8:00 and is open to all as the large roadside signs attest. However, the morning we were there no staff appeared, the kitchen was deserted and the dining room locked.
It was good for one nights stay. Shower and bathroom were clean!!
Key entry was a key box at the hotel door
The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The facility is fairly new and very comfortable overall. The hosts for friendly and helpful. A very nice stay overall.
There was nothing I did not like about the facility.
The bar and restaurant were pretty good. Room was fine in general with coffee and en suite facilities.
Bed felt a bit worn out.
Nice location. Free parking. Friendly staff. Nice dining area and breakfast room. Outside undercover seating area
A little more detail to room would be nice, I.e bottled water, complimentary biscuits, cordless kettle.. would give the boutique element.
The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it!! Really good sized room and bathroom too. Walking distance to Dunkertons (reason for our visit) which was ideal at under half a mile!
We liked the hotel, the room was a good size and clean. The bath a nice surprise. Restaurant was excellent and the breakfast too was very good.
A contactless hotel worries us, we didn't have a problem but what if we had, no obvious one to talk to.Shower was a trickle and not secure.

I really can't think of anything
