Health & Fitness Club: Access to the Health and Fitness Club operated by 1Life is free. However, the spa facilities, including the outdoor Hydrotherapy pool, incur an additional charge for a 3-hour session. Booking is required in advance. Fitness Club: Children may use the indoor pool only during designated family swim times. Check-In: Upon arrival, please proceed to Drift Inn reception for self-check-in using the kiosks. Breakfast: Served from 07:00 to 09:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends and bank holidays. Group Bookings: We do not accept group bookings of more than 9 rooms. Payments: Drift Inn does not accept third-party payments or advance payments within 3 days of arrival. Café-Bar Closure: The Gravel Pit Café-Bar will close from 13:00 on December 31st for preparation of our New Year's Eve Gala, exclusive to package guests. Payment Process Updates (Effective March 2025): - Prepayment: For reservations with a balance due at check-in, please ensure payment is completed at least 72 hours before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payments can be made on arrival via chip and pin. - Dining Payments: Meal allowances will no longer be accepted. Payments for meals can be made directly at the resort. - Pay-As-You-Go System: We are replacing bedroom accounts with a pay-as-you-go system for food, drinks, and extras. Bill-back will only cover the booked rate.
