Whole hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and first class at their jobs. They answered all our questions with no trouble and offered to make our stay as smoothleyas it could be. Service at our evening meal was very good and the breakfast was very good with the whole area was spotless and was greeted with a good morning smile. great hotel for a stay for anybody.

The fact that I checked my car into the hotel car park on arrival but still got a fine for unauthorised parking

They charged me £100 parking fine. After advertising free parking. , i was told i would get a refund but im still waiting. Hotel staff siad they would email me , still waiting

Beds weren’t great, shower was very small, no bath, and I expected a double bed to be made up, not two singles!
Definitely the friendly helpful staff . Nothing was too much trouble for them. A big asset to the hotel.
Couldn't work out how to turn off bedside light off and had to leave card key out. Worked out switch was hidden when I swivelled the light the next day.

Doubles in price if you book a second night
All in all it was very good ,however, the breakfast items were only warm not hot ,the plates were not on a plate warmer which made the food even colder, the food itself was a great breakfast - just cold.
