    Pros +

    • The hotel is in a good location for the town centre and has ample parking though it is charged for.Sadly when we stayed there was no evening meal availability. The room was a good size.
    • It had an elevator.
    • Good location, good size rooms, OK pool

    Cons -

    • Paying for parking. No evening meal.Breakfast was fine though the hot buffet sitting under lights left the fried eggs as solid as stone and inedible. The room heating was difficult to work out.Room lighting not friendly for reading when on seating and none movable to help out.
    • There was no A/C, window would open more than 3” and it was very hot and stuffy. The shower was very dangerous and accessible ones not available. WiFi was of very poor quality.
    • Room was very warm and no AC, just a fan, slightly dated but OK

Lack of air conditioning and the extremeely noisy sea gulls.

As I had a car accident on the way the staff were very kind when I arrived in police car! They were all very good. I liked my double room. Breakfast was good and other menu was alright. The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the town. It was good to have the station opposite the hotel as I had to return by train!

I had hoped for a walk in shower but it was shower over bath. However I was provided with mats for bath and floor and there was a handle over the bath.

Very good breakfast, traditional with extras. Location couldn't be much better. Comfortable bedHot water.

Shower a little difficult to use. Breakfast hours could be extended Limited wardrobe spaceOutdated TV's. No good for DTV or gaming boxes.

Ok but not always hot breakfast No air conditioning poor for a 4 star more like a 3 star as deco dated

Chose hotel because I wanted to swim the pool was out of action for whole stay 5days! Not impressed. Ruined my holiday I would have chosen a different hotel had I known.

    hot tub sauna and spa

Breakfast buffet very average and limited

Nice and clean hotel. Have the accessible fire alarm for the deaf but the staffs don’t use sign language, they happily to write down. Good location, literally opposite train station, cinema and plenty of shops. Have bar in the hotel.

The curtains wasn’t big enough to block the lights out. Bed was too soft for my taste. We didn’t slept well. Ordered drinks and the Pepsi was flat but given the option to choose different drinks. The pool was closed due to maintenance but I wasn’t informed this before we arrived. We were looking forward to this so it was disappointed.

Good central location to everything in Worcester, staff friendly and welcoming, big clean room, good buffet style breakfast

    6AlfiePosted on: 4-17-2025

The staff were very kind and helpful, the bed comfortable enough although the pillows a bit hard and no choice. Location is good and fairly quiet.

The breakfast was the most disappointing experience I've had in years, first of all, coffee in flasks? No coffee machine in a 4 star hotel or choice of decent coffee? Then, the horror that is TINNED mushrooms, as well as very cheap and poor quality sausages. Bacon wasn't great either. They need to stop cutting corners with cheap ingredients and give the customer their moneys worth, including not charging extra for their own car park. In terms of decor, it's dated and again needs a good refurbishment but the main problem for us was that we couldn't even flush the toilet, it only worked once every 5 hours so quite embarrassing. I felt like we were back in the 80s, staying here. Unfortunately I could see that the staff are doing their best but the owners are clearly just taking the money and not caring about their customers

    5MalcolmPosted on: 4-16-2025

    Location was ideal.

The room was small, bathroom in serious need of modernisation, carpets on the stairs were threadbare in places, the bar/restaurant area dark and depressing. £10 per night to park the car even though we had paid over £200 for two nights stay not including breakfast. We ate out. No Sky TV meant we needed to find a local pub (rough) to watch the Masters golf.

    3ChloePosted on: 4-14-2025

    Staff were fantastic

No hot water, so trying to shower in ice cold water and wash my hair was beyond unacceptable when I had to go and meet clients. They had a boiler fault but I think it shouldn’t have been taking new bookings. I booked it on the day I came, so they were aware of this at the time of booking and to charge £125 for one night when you know your guests cannot wash is a bit wild. The water wasn’t even luke warm, it was icey.

    7CraigPosted on: 4-11-2025

Staff friendly, nice breakfast, good location

No hot water during visit due to boiler issue. Had to have a cold shower

    7KatePosted on: 4-10-2025

Was very noisy due to the amount of seagulls outside on the roof so hardly any sleep
