Moreton Park Hotel

Location price

When I checked in our room had been given to someone else, after 2 hours we had to accept a room upstairs which I didn't want as I have mobility issues and my daughter is disabled and registered blind, having to navigate her plus bags upstairs was so hard

Big room

A little to v Close to very busy road

Location nd atmosphere

Bed- too noisy and soft mattress

Quiet

No taxis and some staff no help when asked how to travel somewhere

Staff member on duty was lovely and very helpful. Room size was excellent.

There was a lot of noise within the hotel, maybe not as soundproof as it could be.

Large room, comfy bed, good breakfast

The room was all ok, and breakfast was good.

The hotel on there website show pictures of bar and evening meals.?? Great value rooms with on-site amenities to cater for any taste & need.?? Bar and meals closed.

Location and good price

Good for using as a base for getting out and about

No nothing

Local to where we were visiting.

Breakfast I think was expensive for what we actually got.

Everything

The space in the room was great. With two young children it was nice for them to have a space to sit and play. Breakfast was lovely, really tasty and quality of the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable

The room was cold and the breakfast space was freezing. The room was still quite light even with the curtains closed - no blackout. With a family room with stairs a stair gate would have made the stay less stressful. Price doesnt reflect the standard, too high priced.

Plenty of room for family of four and beds were comfy

No menu available for breakfast

great value and very clean, breakfast is now back on

your system doesnt like natwest cards

Friendly staff, warm room in cold weather

Close to a noisy A road.

Easy to park and find

Restaurant closed, reception staff moaning about other customers, bed was upstairs in a mezzanine so had to use stairs for bathroom, skylight let light in very early, bathroom extractor didn't work, kettle didn't fit under tap to fill,TV remote no back so batteries fall out, sofa not very comfortable, if I'd had to use the safe it was low under stairs and it would have been difficult to access. Quite a number of decorative marks and holes. The corridors smelt of floral air freshener.

Room was clean and comfortable , the breakfast was really good cooked and presented lovely . The member of staff that served abd coojed for us was fantastic

The breakfast room was far to cold . You needed your coat and thermals on to eat your breakfast

Cleanliness,helpful staff,nice breakfast

Bed wasn’t very comfortable

It was close to an event I was attending

Very basic, run down and tired looking decor Bathroom wasn’t very clean

Great location. Nice breakfast optionsAll staff were good and helpful

My wash basin got blocked and no help was available at night. I was told to come back in the morning.
