The fact that we bought food on our way coming and we are not allowed to microwave it as it was cold

Convenient for motorway.

Shower drain smell. Very low pressure from shower. Plug socket and light beside bed not working.

Rooms were good but I found them to lack enough shelves or high spots to keep things off the ground. I booked a family room and there were not enough shelves or hangers for our stuff. They were mostly in our bags on the floor.

The pillows were hard and a bit lumpy.

Great value. Rooms clean and tidy with everything you could need.

Noisy corridors. Could hear 2 women arguing 1am ish then 2 men at 3am ish. A rude older couple in the bar lounge when we got back as we sat in the only seats available which were between them and the TV so they didn't like their view being obscured but there was no where else to sit.

Good value, comfortable, clean, great showers with nice big fluffy towels, good location.

Very small mugs and just two wooden stirrers supplied, which meant that we had very little liquid in the cups and therefore the coffees we made were very strong. Also the fact that we only had 2 stirrers (which are not very user-friendly) were not very nice having been used several times. Please, please provide bigger mugs and proper teaspoons!!

Rooms allowed to be over booked limited rooms available but Sara on reception saved our night and a massive credit to the Ibis for her hard work.

Very comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Easy access to motorway and very little noise. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff.

It was 1030 when I come down to the cafe due to poor night's sleep so wasn't lots of choice left, but a member of staff went and made some more eggs so I did get something to eat

In my room there was a noise like an extractor fan fridge type noise all night, and being above the main entrance and car park you could hear people coming back gone 2am laughing getting out of taxis but I think a different room would of been a lot better, the staff are great at this place make you feel so welcome a credit to the company

Its tired, run down, needs refurbing or demolishing tbh, dirty floors, funny smell on landing
