Out dated , dirty, cold

No heating in room. Dining room coldWiFi didn’t connect.Food poor, breakfast better.

The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.The bed was very comfortable and the room was big. We had dinner one evening and it was very good as were the cocktails.

The bed was too high for a wheelchair user (although we booked a disabled room)The terrace door was filthy on the inside and general cleanliness was missing.The reception as a whole seemed disinterested and not approachable.

Excellent pool and spa facilities.Room was great, although small cleaning errors let it down. Full marks to the staff in the spa and gym facilities.

The experience was spoiled by poor service in the restaurant and bar.I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the experience, but on this occasion, the service in the restaurant spoiled my wife’s birthday celebrations , which I felt was unforgivable. Needless to say, better trained and more mature staff who are passionate about customer service.

The spa facilities were good. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Everything was a little tired in the room and communal areas and needed a deep clean. There was a constant noise in our room which we raised on our first night. Maintenance came to check and said it was the heating fans on the roof and they’d go off. They didn’t and stayed on all night. There was no internet for approx 24 hrs.

The staff were lovely and the facilities are good, the pool could use some cleaning and updating around it, the bed was okay a little bit too firm for me but as we were only staying one night it was ok

The cleanliness was a little bit on the downside the pool area could definitely use some modernising and cleaning and the rooms could also use a little bit of renovation

Good location and really nice views from our room on the top floor

The room smelt slightly damp and musty maybe some roof leaks causing the issues as the plasterboard looks damaged

Very disappointed it was we arrived to a hotel with dirty carpets stained with bleach room 205 the staff were unhelpful, no spa treatments available, it was pouring with rain which dripped on my window all night I contacted reception at 4am as I had really had enough all the reception said was, well do you want to move room ? I didnt at 4am. The breakfast was cold and we werent the only ones complaining at reception to a young girl called Barbara. I will never go again

Good location.

The cleanliness. Room didn’t smell clean and was dusty/aged. The spa was terrible. The treatments were very unprofessional, poorly delivered and the spa facilities (that require payment) are poor, out of order (various aspects) and just generally not good value. No offer of any compensation following this.

it was smart, clean, very friendly, comfortable, with secure parking and perfectly located for my meeting.

Only small thing was in the restaurant staff were spread thinly delay in drinks, but that’s a minor thing.

The pot of coffee at breakfast was fantastic I wish more places would do this .The facilities there was great even in the rain people were still out playing golf .

Room wasn't deep cleaned facilities dirty. drafty terrace door, no access to drinks or food after certain time and clearly not stated. Breakfast never came and was ordered to room and not rectified. Fire alarm early hours. Booked extra night and breakfast wrong. Hairdryer didn't work had to be changed unprofessionaly.

Open areas all round plenty of space for privacy

We arrived late and it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel because the sight outside isn’t lit up we drove past 2 times

Free stuff in room fridge has been stopped , it used to have a few things in it ( room was approx £250) for 1 night . Coffee machine in room didn't work breakfast food wasn't hot

Room was spacious

we left behind a travel pillow and am still waiting to receive confirmation if the pillow was located.
