Staff were friendly and helpful.The continental breakfast was excellent. A good variety to choose from.

nice to have breakfast included and the room was a dream, they were so kind as to give us a free upgrade as could see i was very upset. the room was a dream - even with a bath!

we had to get help to turn the tv on twice. this was unfortunate. need to explain how the tv works. the cold tap in our room was also temporamental

Room was too hot Staff were a little rude Bath leaked and they tried to blame us for it but we hadn’t done anything wrong

I arrived early for registration and the members of staff was very helpful in enabling me to leave my bags early. The continental breakfast had a good selection and nicely presented

My room was at the front of the hotel above the front door and at top of open stairway from bar area .Due to a wedding party (Monday night!) there was a fair amount of noise from the bar and the garden. The music did stop at 10pm but either I could have been put in a room away from the party or at least warned in advance

This hotel is a little gem, it's in a nice quiet location but is only a two minute walk to Lord street.The hotel itself is cozy, nice decor and spotless...Everything about this place is spot on, I highly recommend a stay here

Property was good staff were good gallons of hot water continental breakfast was good only one problem WIFI wasn’t any good in hotel apart from that everything was great would use again

Good location at one end of Lord Street

Room was very small felt cramped. Also breakfast was continental. We only found out on leaving you can request a full English for £7.50 which we would have paid if known. On check in they didn't mention it unfortunately.

Overall a good experience super friendly staff and a cosy atmospere

We had the four poster room which was cosy..some TLC needed the flush on the toilet didnt work it was hanging off also the tub chair had a broken leg so wasnt in use and this might just be a personal thing but the room was super hot with only a tiny window to open so quite uncomfortable to sleep

A cosy stay Twixmas stay. Warm room, helpful staff and a very nice continental breakfast with cereal, booked eggs and toast included in our price. Handy location within walking distance for everything. No parking and in a meter zone but we did manage to find a roadside space alongside the green across the road which was a bonus.

Please don't take this as a complaint merely an issue for yourselves, rooms were OK but the bathroom had alot of cracked tiles which had alot of raised sharp edges, we put towels down to stop us getting cuts but alot won't see it that way , thanks again

The hotel was lovley and clean the beds were comfy and the continental breakfast included in the price was really nice the staff are very helpful too we have stayed here twice in a month and we would definitely stay again when in Southport

Its a lovely hotel well placed in southport for all amenities. Lovely quiet clean room. Very comfortable. Good staff very helpful excellent breakfast healthy in my opinion, ive heard the restaurant food is excellent too.Can't fault at all for the pricing.

I stayed here on Christmas Day Night after a family bereavement and it was just the tonic i needed. Room was spacious,clean comfy bed. Lovely bathroom. I had full Continental breakfast and Jane owner was so lovely . I enjoyed it so much i booked for my birthday in March.

Lovely room and staff went above and beyond to help. Food was great and portions very generous
