Redworth Hall Hotel- Part of the Cairn Collection

This was an absolute gem and Booking gave us a free room upgrade. Regardless of room, everyone has access to the well stocked gym and lovely spa. The spa even has a full hairdressers! The staff were super and dinner was good and reasonably priced, especially for such a lovely place.

I suppose there’s not much about the area but we knew that and it’s one of the reasons we were there, we used it as a stay to travel down country.

Nice staff, comfy bed and clean, modern room. Good breakfast.

Our room was fantastic Gym and spa facilities great Breakfast was great Beautiful building 100% recommend we had a family of 4 room great price also I was working to a budget

Room 409 our toilet door wouldn’t latch or lock but wasn’t really a big issue to us

Breakfast was busy but good. It would have been helpful to have a 'chef' available to offer to make a poached egg (as stated on the menu). There was no 'easily accessible' person to ask for porridge to be made.

Dinner was mediocre. Some of the accompanying sauces and requests were not delivered as requested. We stayed in the extension of the hotel -this resulted in quite a walk through many corridors. We would have appreciated being advised that we were not staying in the main part of the house. We had thought a 'deluxe room' referred to a room in the main house

The bar, restaurant and spa areas were very cold (not just me lots of people talking about how cold it was) the restaurant menu was very restrictive and the quality of the food was poor, restaurant staff at best weren’t interested just a mumble and meal put on the table our room a deluxe spa one just wasn’t very clean, hairs in the bath (yuk)We have stayed here several times but there has been a marked drop in all round quality a real shame maybe an effect of the current market, will be giving it a miss until I hear about improvement.

Facilities and food was amazing

The pillows were uncomfortable and no complimentary items in the bathroom as in the photos

Property was a grade 2 listed building which was lovely, surrounded area also beautiful

The room was lovely but cold, they did provide an oil filled radiator which did warm up the room after a few hours. The water was just lukewarm

Booked for a single night away with the Mrs. Enjoyed the spa,had a lovely back message and the evening food was lovely too.

Looking online for the treatment times and treatment and how it would work with us having a single night with check in at 15.00 was told we could of used the spa from 13.00

The breakfast and meal and drinks at the bars were spot on

Spa facilities were far to overcrowded pool was cold as well as the spa outer seating areas

Staff was to common slating tables what i could here in restraunt was no orginisation in spar there was no rowels and when asked staff meber basicaly said he was to busy food wasnt up to much with a service charge not realy what you would want to pay when the staff knocked me with a plate walking past and didnt apoligies or even eknowleg the matter

The property was stunning

Reception was small not enough staff on check in time was very over crowed long waiting time to check in

We stayed in a family room and it was beautiful, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, warm and peaceful. The hotel and staff were fabulous and breakfast was very good. I eoukd definitely return.

Only complaint was paid for a double deluxe spa toon and the bath hot water wasn't that warm so couldn't use the spa bath

Not enough seating in the spa, couldn’t take drinks in either, understandable not having glass around the pool however maybe reusable plastic glasses could be an option? Lacking vegetarian options for food.Evening meal was small portions for a big price tag and average quality.Shower in our room did not work.Had to pay for use of spa robes (they come as standard at other spas we have visited).
