Room was clean and fairly comfy

Muddy hall carpets, smell of smoke in halls despite no smoking signs ... Unmanned hotel

Shared kitchen and laundry.

Could do with paint and new carpet. Far too many suspicious stains on the floor.

We had a room with a view of the North Sea and loved watching the mad Saturday morning cold swim dippers, plus the gathering of the fun runners. Communal kitchen was well equipped and we had a fridge in our room. Plus there were 2 chairs for us to sit in to look at the view.

It was a bit chilly ( I know it's winter ) but the radiators weren't properly hot. All the rooms only have showers.

I am not happy they took away my privacy and I’m going to citizens advice and the owner walked in the room when I was asleep and me partner was in the shower made me feel uncomfortable so i went and got another hotel

Bathroom need a little update. Shower head and hose not so clean.

For the time I arrived and how tired I was the fact that it was an unmanned hotel was bliss to me. It was easy to find and the room was very cosy for one person. The shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable.

The room was a tad on the warm side however I could of worked out how to turn the radiator down if I had bothered to look. Also practically no car park meant I had to park on the seafront however overnight it free parking there anyways I was just concerned about the safety of my car.

Lovely clean facilities with a lovely view of the sea. This was my first time in a self catering hotel, but it had everything we could need.

Perfect location,Rooms are really pretty and comfortable and nice size double room. Shower is very powerful which is nice for a changeThe sea view from the double room is great to watch the sunrise if your a early riser.

Parking was hard to find space because of the Halloween event

Easy self check-in and a pleasant single room with TV, fridge and ensuite etc. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Couldn't access the WiFi, gave up in the end.

Rooms were nice

Never received an email with entrance codes so had to use AI line which was difficult Then a lad turned up and let us in and gave us room codesRoom 13 code was wrong so had to phone AI line again which isn’t the answer

Couldn’t open window - room was hotMicrowave didn’t workPlug socket on right hand side of bed could not be used - the other one to where lamp was plugged in.Parking was difficult even though the hotel had secured a permit for us - seemed to be vehicles - mainly contractors vans parked in the permit spaces.

Communication was excellent. The location was ideal. Parking was easily secured but may have been challenging for others. Shower was easy to operate and water was at a good controllable temperature.

I could not open the window.

Amazing location and wonderful staff ...very helpful and kind. Solid place and just a hop and skip to all the restaurants and pubs in Seaton Carew.

Could use some upgrades but otherwise it's all good for a decent place to stay.

A very spacious, clean and bright room with wonderful sea views at a fantastic price.

It was a little tired around the edges but nothing that would interfere with your stay.
