Location was key aspect for my reason of choice

It is a shame that there is no facilities such as pool or spa. I feel the price was a little high

The location, size of the room, the bathroom were superb. Very clean and comfortable.

The TV wasn't smart tv, couldn't connect to anything. There was no temperature control in the room.

Size of room was great. Dinner was also very tasty and staff excellent and really attentive.

The price for the room for a hotel in Portadown was pretty pricey to say the least and the added £50 refundable charge was also something I have rarely come across as it was due to be returned within 5 working days. Most hotels do not operate like this and when putting all the cost for the dinner, 4 drinks and hotel room €400 was steep.

Room was lovely and clean, Comfy bed.nice quiet hotel no noise in the hall or outside at night so can get a great night sleep.

I like the room as very clean and nice some employees are very nice the atmosphere are calm and good

I didn't like the last employee didn't serve us well he had a bad face and also don't answer the questions we ask nicely like he don't want to work this happened like 00:00 to 01:00

Very nice hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The room was excellent. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very nice for an evening meal. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely hotel.

Room was stunning, but was in the first section of corridor and lots of other resident pass through chatting, not realising people are sleeping.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Love the refurbishment. The food was outstanding.

Breakfast was poor overcooked bacon and sausage, wasn’t offered cereal or fruit juice.

Beautiful building and good location

For a 4 star hotel i was dessapointed there was no fridge in the room.My son was sweltered with heat as no air con.Sadly it wasn't a pleasant stay and definitely very expensive and not to have those facilities was very disappointing.

Very expensive to stay there. For one night, my single room cost me €271.

The hotel bar is just far too busy and noises. To pay those prices and unable to have a quiet drink or meal without groups of young rowdy people is not acceptable

Convenient to our social event. Good onsite free parking. Clean and modern. Large bedroom, good bathroom. Pleasant, helpful staff.

Pricey as breakfast not included!

Nice staff, clean rooms, good WiFi, good size tv and good food

Superior suite, 1 tv didn't work properly, fridge was broke, both times we used room service they forgot to bring drinks and when they did the dinner was finished.Stayed here 4 times in the superior suite and 3 times it's been perfect so will definitely be staying again.
