Please note, the Cancelation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows: -Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival. - Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival. - A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking. Guests are offered complimentary use of hotel leisure center facilities - swimming pool, spa pool, steam room and fitness conditioning suite. There is no access to the Spa Garden, unless Spa Garden rooms have been booked. A damage deposit of GBP 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
