Built right next to a dual carriage way, that’s four lanes of traffic. Not sound proof at all. Might as well have been lying next to it. Oh and no Air Con, can’t imagine how loud it would be in summer with windows open.

Breakfast - average as kept on hot plates and not freshRoom comfortable - it looked like the desk wasn't clean, some liquid, I wiped this. But overall no other concerns.Staff - I arrived at 20:40 and the check in and kitchen staff were very helpful.

Everything was great, clean place, central location, couldnt ask for much more

Only downfall was the fire alarm going off at 4.50am

Always a good price, staff are friendly and it's comfortable.

I had drove 8 hours to get zero sleep due to fire alarm due to someone smoking in there room I paid to get some sleep due to a long drive and another 8 hours drive today on zero sleep is not good at all

Our stay was perfect. Breakfast excellent. Staff, friendly and welcoming. Definitely stay again when we travel to the area.

I like the wifi. No buffer. Staff are nice.cleaner clean the room everyday? Good. Top up the tissue everyday? Good.

Handy location not far from Liverpool and the M6. Big car park.

Road seems very noisy at night. Loads of blue flashing lights driving past. Room far too warm for good sleep (it was January). Very much run by the corporate rule book rather than thinking about individual guests.Not sure about the freshness of breakfast. Given the were only 10 cars in the car park all the hot items sat for ages untouched. Why not say in those instances it’s going to be a few minutes for hot food and cook it fresh. Would have been a much nicer experience - and cuts down on food waste.It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere so if you want to go anywhere you’ll need to drive.

For a budget hotel, it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent.
