Pros +

• Hotel is in a beautiful location, lovely downstairs in the public areas. The bedroom needs updated all Looking old fashioned and a bit tired. The staff I have to say from check in and the restaurant staff were all lovely. The food I picked the Sunday roast, very disappointed it was all warm ups. But if your offering food up To 8.30pm Including Sunday roast, it should Still be up to a standard!!!
• Room was large, bed comfy and facilities good.
• Staff friendly Room size very big and lovely big bathroom Location is perfect set high up with views over river Tay Breakfast was very very good Lots of parking Bathroom had big bath and a seperate shower Nice and quiet up on 2nd floor not disturbed except by Loganair flight leaving airport early morning Bed was 2 singles together so lovely and big and comfortable Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine in room Arran aromatics products in Bathroom nice touch lots of towels

Cons -

• Duvets on the bed to small.
• Didnt really feel welcome and not many other eating options close by
• We were in Bridge View Room on 2nd floor Stair carpet on way up really needed a good vacum as mentioned in another comment and still not done! Carpet in our room badly stained need deep clean or replaced Toilet brush well!!! It was really bad General cleaning needs more attention to detail wooden furniture needs a good dust and some polish Entrance as you come into hotel needs attention
