It was our third visit here.The staff was awesome !! They upgrade my room and I had a marvelous big room with sea view and coffee machine !!For sure I will be here the next year!!!Thanks for your great service!

Location Reception staff member was very helpful and welcoming.Nice room.

Took a long time to be let in at 11 pm. Wouldn’t expect this at a 4 * hotel especially as there was no pre warning that the doors would be locked.Breakfast was only average with no fresh fruit.

Great location

Rooms very tired, worn furniture. Breakfast was terrible no flavour to the food. Waited 50 minutes to eat. If I had of known what I was waiting for wasn’t worth it I would have gone elsewhere.

Location was perfect, car parking was good very easy and cheap for the 24 hours Breakfast was good Room was suite and excellent sea view

The room i stayed in was upgraded complimentary, and it was a wonderful room with the most beautiful view and it was really lovely to stay here. The staff were wonderful and it was a good time.

A little more on the expensive side.

Great location opposite the BIC and pier. Staff were very good. This was our second visit, first about 18 months ago. Hotel now under new management. They have a huge task. The hotel is tired and desperately need upgrading. The heating system is not up to the job. The room was.not warm. Breakfast was fine, if a little light. The restaurant was not operating for evening meals. Some plans for the Spring I think. In fairness the stay price for one night was good.

Breakfast was good apart from sausages which weren't cooked very well.

Hot water for shower was luke warm

The hotel is conveniently situated and great for events at the BIC

The venue that breakfast is served is a nice place to eat and enjoy a cup of coffee but service was sadly poor and the staff were unorganized but still polite.

By the time we arrived for breakfast, shortly before 9:00am jugs with juice and milk were empty, there were no bread left and nobody was refilling anything until we asked some milk for the children so they could eat some cereals. I had a coffee barely described as coffee! We didn’t order for the hot breakfast because having a look on the tables around us nothing seem to be worth the try..So when a hotel includes a continental breakfast at the room’s price should firstly, provide it at least and secondly, have some descent standards. Don’t make costumers believe that they would have one included, because respectfully is a joke.

Staff were extremely friendly especially front desk. Great location for the BICRooms were tired in decor and furnishings but comfy

It advertises a bar yet when going to it before we went out it was closed and only seems to be used for breakfast.Breakfast itself was bland and not the best. Tea and coffee were luke warm so hot milk had to be asked for

The location of the hotel was excellent for the Bournemouth International Centre. Price of the room was brilliant value for a night away in mid-February for a concert at the BIC. Included breakfast was an added bonus. Room was cosy with a piping hot shower which was much appreciated

Room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel opposite the BIC & on the main road with cars, coaches & lorries passing by all night. Secondary glazing may be an idea for some of the rooms at the front of the building.

Showers were very small and awkward.Window in one room was loose and rattled in the wind.Couldn't turn all radiators off and room got very stuffy.Only 1 bottle of water for a twin room was a bit odd, most do a bottle per person.

I booked 3 double rooms for a gig at the BIC. The rooms were such a good size, very spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of room to get ready. The shower was also very good and powerful. Location is excellent, the BIC is literally just across the road which ideal when you've had a busy fun packed evening and want to get back and relax! Reception staff were also really lovely and welcoming. Great stay, will definitely be our new go to when needed again!

I was there for an event at BIC and so the location was perfect and the hotel was well layed out, my room was very comfortable and i enjoyed the stay.

I was disapointed on parking, when i first booked the hotel it said that it had limited parking but that it did have parking, when i arrived i was pleased to see the empty carpark but was told it was for blue badge only and so i parked in a carpark next door for around £22 for the 3 days. What made this disapointing was that during my stay i had a view of the car park and only seen 1 car on the first day and nothing after that. so it was dispaointing to not be able to use the carpark.

Large room, good location, superb view.

Friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Clean hotel and room was comfy.

I was already staying in the Hotel and was able to keep the same double room i previously booked for !Lovely sea view from my window of the pier and the BIC, also the free breakfast was excellent !

There was no swimming pool or gym !

Location was great, and the staff was polite.

Bed sheets had what looked like pubic hair all over.
