    • The location of the hotel was perfect. The food especially breakfast was really good. Fresh and all areas were clean.
    • Room was okay. Breakfast was okay and we’re okay.
    • The hotel was big and spacious. Staff were lovely. Food was good.

    Cons -

    • Unfortunately the steam room was not working. The room with two camp beds was quite cramped would have been better with bunk beds.
    • Only one lift hardly available, dogs were barking, in the evening restaurant was not opened just the small bar. The swimming pool was so small and full of chlorine caused one week illness as chemical irritation. In overall this was very and very expensive for this stay and not recommended as the photos on the booking platform is not close to reality.
    • The pool and facilities could have been a bit better. The steam room wasn’t working and the pool was a little murky

Cheap budget hotelRooms to a decent quality Ac available in selected roomsBed was comfortable

Neighbours from hell obviously they had two rooms going between the two all night slamming the doors closed also playing loud music banging around and then just sat in corridor having a natter at 1am keeping everyone awake.Room was nice slight damp issue in corner and ac that kept turning off every hour waking us up but for the price of £120 for two nights can’t complainTold reception in morning when checking out who offered a free breakfast as an apology which was a nice gesture.Would stay again however parking at £15 a night is a little steep but road parking is first come first serve

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable & the location was good

The spa facilities were poor, both the steam room and sauna were out of order and the pool was very small and unclean (salt water?)Kept awake and woken early by music from the dining room and some kind of long jump competition from above until nearly midnight! There are some small things that can easily be done by improving the rooms ie hand soap in the bathroom, some draws for clothes as 4 cups when there are 4 people staying in the room! We did make contact with the hotel to inform them of our concerns but have not yet had any reply

The leisure, they got gym, sauna and pool

The pool is a bit small and crowded if 5 people swim together

    7RosePosted on: 2-18-2026

Overall it was ok:requested extra bedding and it was promptly sent to my room, staff were very friendly, all amenities are in the hotel(food, leisure, spa) no need to leave if I am being honest

The bed was not comfortable(did not sleep well)In my opinion there should be a limit to people in the pool area(too crowded) and no one there to make sure rules were followed(no jumping, no glasses)Parking at the hotel is very expensive, took us a while but managed to find parking a few streets over

    Not much.

Sauna was cold. Steam room was not working. No hot water in the room for two out of three days. Asked for extra pillows and was told they would be sent to the room. They never came. Sink was blocked and they had to come three times to unblock it.

    Great location and friendly staff

Very loud people above and caused us to move rooms due to them being very antisocial. Staff were excellent at dealing with this

Very lovely front of house reception staff

Sauna & steam not working.Duvet was very thin only two pillows called reception & recieved more pillows & thicker duvet.Smaller bed even though it's a Supreme double room.Kettle in room doesn't turn off keeps over boiling very dangerous!Toilet didnt flush away properly hense maybe why there was poo in the toilet on arrival

The staff were very friendly and helpful, although at times it seemed that were running on a skeleton staff. The lobby and bar area were nicely decorated and gave a regency feel to the Hotel. The Hotel was well placed for walks to town, with the vibrant "Triangle" area about 750 yards away.

The rooms were dated and tired and in need of a bit of TLC. My bath flooded the bathroom floor each time the shower was used, and whilst housekeeping replaced the sodden floor mat each time, there was no move to rectify the underlying issue. Bournemouth town has become a haven for beggars and groups of hooded men after dark, and even as a 16stone, 6ft ex prop forward, I still didn't feel totally safe after dark.

Near the sea Nice friendly receptionist

Staff in restaurant not overly friendly or helpful. Didn’t exactly get what we ordered

Breakfast was good, most importantly the staff in all parts of the hotel were great, the rooms were very poor , facilities were not great the pool and sauna (which wasn’t working ) .

    No lock on bathroom

Good location. 5 mins walk from town downhill. And plenty of ways to get back up. Walk, Bus, Taxi or those hired scooters which can be parked at a bay 1 minute from the hotel. Staff friendly and Facilities adequate.

From a previous visit the breakfast seems a little less variety and not so high quality, but is ok for the cost.Previously had a higher spec room but this time we had a budget so had a lower lever room which was a mistake. Only 1 flat hard pillow per person which made for a poor night sleep. Definitely worth a few extra £ for higher spec room
