No breakfast no swimming pool

Wonderful people…an incredible building with a story! So kind and welcoming. Upgraded our room for free!

Front entry needs a facelift…paint the stairs outside. Perk up the gardens. We were treated royally for our brief night on our way to London.

Clean, good location. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. The bed was comfortable. The room was basic but what I needed. It was a nice quiet place to stay.

A front door key would have been good although it was explained to me why they weren't given out.

Sea view from the room was good.

The room was adequately sized, but we experienced issues with the floor shaking when we moved around. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable, and even slight movements by one person would cause the entire bed to shake, which was quite disturbing.

Great location. Manager was amazing. Wonderful views.

Needed serious update and proper clean. Amazing opportunity that is not properly exploited. Needs a lot of work. No restaurant available but many close by.

Great host, clean and tidy but the bed was horrible, way too small for a couple and very uncomfortable mattress.

Position for trip was goodDave the manager was very nice and willing to help.We took up the continental breakfast offer as an extra as didn’t want t to have to find alternative place to eat. And this had a good selection.

Rooms could do with a bit of TLC ripped net curtains, bathroom very tired.Reported blocked bathroom sink.

Excellent location for our show at the BIC, close to beach, walks , shops. beautiful Seaview, lovely staff friendly and courteous, the room was big and beautifully clean. Absolutely Perfect for us. Many thanks we will be visiting again.

The Hotel was everything I thought it would be. Very Clean and the Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Situated in a fantastic place. Near to so many attractions. Close to Beach . Fantastic view of the Sea from our Bedroom Window. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

It has parking, the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and looked smart, the lobby area and bar were clean and nice, overall lovely hotel with great views of Bournemouth beach as well.

It was fine for our one night stay in Bournemouth, large room with good view of the pier and the sea, plenty of car parking

Nothing serious but room hot so we dealt with it.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and welcoming. The room was very clean and was refreshed daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location too. Would recommend.

i booked with breakfast but it was not included. rroms were cold and nonoption to turn up heat. The shower head was broken. Only scalding hot or freezing cold options. We ended up having to shower in an another room.

Very shabby, small rooms, uncomfortable beds, extremely basic and not good value for money (£120) room only!

Location ideal for International Centre . . . . and sea (but wrong time of year) Manager very welcoming and friendly. Totally quiet for sleeping and a dark room due to heavy curtains. A hotel with much character.

Ocean views were fantastic. Host was very accommodating and room was large and comfortable. There was also a lift! Free on site parking was great!

Bathroom was very tired and had very low water pressure.

Location is a big plus. The sea view room (east facing), is a big bonus. Could watch from my bed at all times

The room was very warm. Couldn’t turn the heating down but managed to.

Carol and Adrian were superb. Friendly welcome. Beautiful artwork and piano in lounge areas. Interesting to find out about the history. Adrian put the cleaning issues right immediately. Lovely continental breakfast. OUTSTANDING room.
