Better pool area

Stayed in the sea view suite, was a lovely big room, bright and airy with high ceilings. Lovely comfortable bedding and bath robes included. Room was nice and clean.

The main bedroom light and one of the lamps didn’t work but plenty of other lamps so made do.

Great location. Always clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Room was nice size and clean breakfast was okay but plates missing and had to ask for fork and spoon.

Restaurant was very slow waiting ages for food and then felt cheated by having service charge added for poor service. hotel parking is very limited and very tight.

First of all the staff from reception to the restaurant and room service are perfect. Big thanks to them. are Very nice, nostalgic hotel, very warm and welcoming.Inside the rooms very new specially the toilet and bathroom.

Mattress could be betterParking for hotel guests should be separate from short term restaurant customers then all the hotel guests will have space easily.Room was cold but after i contacted reception they send me two portable heater.forget about any negative with the property, their lively staff are worth everything.

Location is very good. Close to beach, pier, parks, shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food from Brasserie Blanc is very good.

The initial room we were given, 302, was very small. It would be small even for a single guest. We were moved to a bigger room. The value for.money might be out of sync. But, as long as people pay, they will charge those prices.

Great view & position

Cleaners weren't to good. Bath towels could be bigger.Parking @ £15 per day!!

We couldn’t use the spa facilities as it was closed and the water was being turned off for maintenance reasons. We were not advised of this prior to arrival.

Location was perfect for visiting The BIC for a concert. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Beds were a bit hard.Brasserie Blanc was not as good as expected, although the food was delicious the server should have mentioned the duck came with vegetables when we started to order extra sides. He also offered us champagne at 25% which wasn't reflected in our bill as the offer ended the previous day.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with nice simple decoration.

Amazing super king sea view room. Amazing products in the rooms and great location. Super friendly reception staff. All areas of the hotel were stunning.

No option to get a coffee in the bar in the morning until 10.30. Which was a shame. Shower gel wasn't topped up in our room. So we ran out. Room slightly dusty and bits under the bed from previous guests. Which was very disappointing.

The hotel is very close to the beach so you can hear the sea from the room. It has a pleasant restaurant and bar.

I had asked for a room on the online booking on a higher level floor (3rd floor) - I have stayed in those rooms before and the view of the sea is very nice and I can hear the sea. When we arrived we found all the rooms on the 3rd floor were full and we were given a second floor room overlooking where the cars enter - the view was not great and I couldnt hear the sea as well. The room was not very large. I would not have stayed there if I had known which room we would be given.

Let’s start at the beginning!! Great unrivalled location overlooking the sea; easy parking on site; a wonderful welcome and professionalism by the reception and restaurant staff; exceptionally clean and nice aroma in all areas of the hotel; lovely reception, lounge and restaurant areas - all overlooking the sea; lovely bedroom with a huge queen sized bed with great quality bed linen; exceptional breakfast with multiple choices of cereals & seeds etc, a huge assortment of cold meats, fruits, cheeses, with a full English assortment and healthy breads!

Because of the Location I booked this hotel but when we arrived we have to wait for quite while get our room keys as internet was down. So we couldn't go out until very late.Also to find out the car park fee extremely expensive even though we stayed for one night we were charged for todays for the car park which was really unreasonable.

The restaurant was great had a nice meal for dinner and breakfast was outstanding had a big choice to choose. Recommend this.

Spacious room

Room incredibly hot even without the heating on (the control box was incredibly difficult to understand with no clear instructions but it was confirmed as off by the night porter) and the windows only opened a crack, Stifling.WiFi didn't work. Gave up trying to connect.
