- the guy on the front desk..was brilliant..I had wrong booking number...but somehow he found it..I thought I would be stranded thanks to hotel employee all was well.. Also hotel employee was lovely as I I left..

Cons -
- Lack of parking was dreadful. To turn up in the dark and find nowhere to park was a shock. It took me until 10 pm to park because at the nearest car park the machine was broken, the phone cut off I was unable to download the app. I won't stay there again.

No everything was great
The hotel surprised me with its cleanliness and excellent and helpful staff. The breakfast was one of the best buffet meals I have had in a while. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family and would stay there again
The only thing that I didn¿t like, which was completely beyond the hotels control, was people running around in what sounded like heavy boots, with a little shouting, at 12 until approximately 1 am
