Room clean and tidy. Facilities good. Brilliant location.

Friendly family run hotel, really clean and comfortable. Lots of peace and quiet as I came from hectic London and needed a quiet get away for the weekend. Lovely owners and great coffee.

Very cold room and chilling bathroom when we arrived Not so great in wintertime But owner was quick to helpThe reception does not open before 2 pmWe were lucky that we could leave the luggage with the maintenance man as we had no car

Location is great short walk to the shops with free parking

Breakfast was very good, the staff were particularly good with my grand-daughter who'd accompanied us on this journey.

No evening meal.

My room was small but comfortable, located above the door entry/ car park, in the hotel a 10 minute walk from the BIC. The room was clean & well equipped with all the facilities you require, plus reasonably quiet & well priced. Reception even lent me a USB plug, that I forgot to bring with me.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the free Wi-Fi to work, but mobile reception was good.

Only minor issue that prevented giving a 10/10 score.The en-suite fittings, shower head, screen, toilet roll holder and brush, were corroded and need replacing.I would go for plastic fittings when possible to avoid this in the future.The en-suite has no window so condensation can build up if the extractor fan is not turned on. Some guests may miss doing this as the fan is on a separate switch. Maybe put a label on the switch to remind them and reduce condensation when showering.

Good room at a a good price.

Breakfast was a a little expensive but it was my choice to pay. On a a different stay, I would go somewhere else to ear.

Very competitivley priced, modern furnishings, no fuss check in and check out, clean, conveniently located and free parking on site.

Some bottled water or glasses in addition to the mugs in the room would have been nice

Bathroom toilet quite low and very close to the wall so difficult to use for someone my size, may be OK for normal size people..

Central to the pavilion as going to a show. Reception lovely, room clean today and everything you need. I can’t review the breakfast or bar S did not use but will come back again. Lovely and quiet with comfy bed.
