Room was very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff really friendly and hard working, even when they know the hotel is closing for good next week. Sad that the bar was closed just before our trip.

Beautiful hotel in such a pretty setting. Helpful, friendly staff. It was spotless. So much potential and I hope they get it back to pre covid times.
Covid ruined the place.... the restaurants gone
We stayed in a room with a beautiful sea view. Walking distance to the beach and 25 mins walk away from the central part. Staff was polite and helpful.

My view was of the parking lot. I know every room cannot be a perfect view though.

The location is beautiful and a lovely walk from the centre of town along the sea road. The decor was bold and interesting, the room was large, the bed comfortable and the shower effective. The breakfast was not extensive but was very good.
The original sash window in my room didn't fit well and rattled within the frame in the wind but this was quickly solved by jamming some paper between the window and the frame so it couldn't move.

Staff members were very helpful on assisting with requirements and very friendly especially when we arrived and found out that the ground floor apartment that we had requested had been overbooked, they upgraded us a far more expensive room with no extra charge to accommodate an 89 year old lady in our party.Breakfast was very good, very clean within the building.
The locking system on the hotel doors was an absolute pain we had to get the cards reset sometimes 3 times a day, the lift within the building has been inoperable for over 12 months you would have thought that it might have been repaired by now.
The breakfast was very good and I felt there was a good choice on offer. The location is good for reaching different parts of Bournemouth and other beaches.

definitely need air conditioning or supply an electric fan and small fridge to keep water cold
