Bed was comfortable

Not very clean. Dirty walls in my room (106) No breakfast offered despite what the website said. No remote control for the TV and when I queried it was told "oh there isn't one in 106." No offer of changing room, or trying to resolve it by changing the TV. Bathroom was not clean. No lamp! Described as a hotel with a view. Welll, yes. A view of the road or a fire escape.

in great central location, near be beaches etc(walking distance) hotel was quiet. Great value for money as room was very cheap. kettle, tea and coffee provided which is always good!

room could do with a freshen up, blinds twisted and bent letting through lots of sunlight, shower temp hard to balance either boiling hot or stone cold!

Good location is about the only positive thing I can say

Bed was broke, tv was broke, it was smelly and just didn't feel clean. Everything flimsy and falling apart. The shower was dirty and door hard to open, kids could quite easily get burned in there. Worst hotel, I've stayed in and can't say it was even that cheap to justify the poor quality.

I liked that the building has its own history. And that's one thing

It's the first time I felt so uncomfortable in a hotel. From my observations I have the impression that the people who live there are locals who look like they have a drug problem. The hotel is noisy most of the night. It's a disaster. I was there for two nights only because the reservation was non-refundable. Now I know why. I don't recommend it. I have never seen such a dirty hotel. It's a pity that the number of photos is limited because these are just a few of them.

On site parking available...Male Staff very friendly on arrival.

No Kitchen or Dining Room .Filthy Microwave in the hallway doesn't work properly.No lock in the bathroom door.No soap or shampoo.

Nothing, left without staying and hotel would not give a refund nor offered alternative rooms. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Everything, mattresses were very aged. So called fire doors were not and were not lockable. Rooms smelt and facilties did not work including tvs. 2 x triple rooms booked and paid for. DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU SEE THE ROOMS!!

Everything was smelly even towels immediately I booked another hotel and I lift the hotel.

Cleanliness Rubbish Staff

Staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean, and there were regular cleanings/fresh towels scheduled.

Comfortable

Fire alarm went off twice in the week and I was rudely awaken with someone in my room checking a detector this was really late at night and I could not get back to sleep afterwards no apology or goodwill gesture customer service was just nor there

Shower was always hot. Comfortable bed & spacious rooms. Staff are polite, friendly & very helpful.

Sea and beach

I was given a room in the basement. It was very cold. The radiator was on for few hours a day. It was off all night. Was so cold that I slept in two swearshirts and scarf. The bedding was dirty and used. I had a reservation for 7 nights. After the first night I couldn't handle it anymore. For that night I was charged £69,30.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with a comfy bed and well worth the price

Safety risk, fire risk, no ventilation as windows painted shut in room 002 rubber glove over smoke detectors drunk and drugged people using hotel as hostel

Good location and staff were nice enough

The beds were broken the tv was broken it was quite dirty in the rooms Neighbours were quite loud And strong smell of cannabis from the next room always use small buimsesss if. Can but premier inn was ten pounds cheaper and always clean so am very dissapointed to be honest

Good location, only a 3 min walk from the town and local bars

Front door was locked, took ages to contact someone to let us in as nobody was at the desk. Staff weren’t very welcoming. Lady who checked us in was very patronising, the room was ok but not clean. Good location and cheap but wouldn’t recommend!

Passable

There were no cleaning facilities available in the hotel room. (No toilet roll).The toilet didn't flush properly.There was a broken drawer in the room.The room didn't look like it had been throughly cleaned as expected - screw was found on the floor (which I didn't realise until I stood on it).The curtains were hanging off of the rail.There were burn marks in the carpet.Very basic room, would of preferred for the room to be clean as expected however appeared standard for the price we paid. On a positive note,The location was perfect.The bed was comfortable.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

To be honest, except from the outside everything else was not good

The room condition they did not change anything for the whole week for the 12 days disgusting no tiles given no nothing given

Not the cleanest place , lovely lady on the desk was very apologetic and ensured us the place was deep cleaned before we arrived
