Just a few minutes' walk from Bournemouth beach, this hotel features rooms with hand-made furniture. The restaurant serves food made using local and organic produce. Boutique rooms each offer organic bed linen, a flat-screen TV and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathrooms also feature a natural stone basin and free luxury toiletries. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary bottle of water. The Arbor Restaurant serves a creative menu, and the wine list is fully organic. A cooked breakfast menu is available, as are afternoon teas and seasonal specials. The Green House uses natural materials where possible. Guests staying at the property receive discounted entry to a local gym 5 minutes' walk from The Green House. Bournemouth Rail Station is less than a mile away, and the town center is just 5 minutes' walk. The Pavilion Theater and Bournemouth Pier are both about 10 minutes' journey on foot. Parking is available on site at £10 per day and Electric vehicle charging available; usage fees apply.

Pros +
- The room was small but clean and comfortable.
- There was a great choice of breakfast options -I had the veggie, which was superbly cooked and tasty. I also had a bar meal, which was equally delicious. The room was very comfortable and had a great view.
- Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with plenty of choice, location was reasonable.
Cons -
- The breakfast was not good quality, although presented well it was not tasty.
- There was no temperature control in the room and it wasn't cool enough overnight, even with the window open.
- As an older person the shower cubicle felt very unsafe as the shower tray was not anti- slip, in fact was extremely slippery and dangerous for older people. Perhaps should have a hand rail. Also the large shower head, although looks very modern, was completely useless once turn on as the shower head would not stay in place. Upon arrival l was asked to pay 10 per night for the parking until l complained and the said they would waver the cost this time. That shouldn't have happened and was embarrassing in front of my family. Although the evening meals are good they are expensive.
