It was very clean

Not much value for money, my room was clean and comfortable

The location was brilliant as you could walk everywhere. The host was very helpful, welcoming and couldn't do enough for you.The room was clean and comfortable ,including the bed. We were also given plenty of supplies for our room, including tea, biscuits and extra towels.Breakfast was amazing and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location for accessing city without needing to move the car. Excellent value for money! As someone traveling regularly for work, having a fridge and microwave in the room was brilliant.

Its 2 star so no frills but had everything you could need.

Well positioned for me from train station and Heritage Hub. Easy walk. Nice hotel, some stairs but easy to navigate. Excellent staff, enjoyed conversing with them.

Complimentary morning coffee would have been nice from the front desk or kitchen.

Location was good with free parking with very helpful owners close to the centre spotless.

Cosy little hotel in a great location.

Facilities were a bit dated. The carpet in the room had burns where someone had left the iron on the floor.

Welcome is always kind & friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. The information about Gloucester around the hotel is interesting and informative. Breakfast is great, help yourself tea/coffee, cereals etc. Toast & a full English breakfast then cooked to order. Staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to our next visit. Convenient for Central Gloucester.

There is nothing to dislike

It was clean and tidy, not too far from the town

Finding car park, and access to it when found, potholes on access roads I found it a strange hotel to be honest, there seemed to be no one about, no staff. Didn't know if we could use a living room with fire downstairs and what seemed like a bar area. Pillows in the rooms were like rocks, very uncomfortable to sleep on

This was our second stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. It's a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay and the staff are really nice and friendly

Within walking distance of the town and The Quays which was hosting the Christmas Market during our stay. Economical and clean, friendly staff, free parking. Breakfast available separately, simple English cooked and served to order. Alternative light (, cheaper) option which was simply cereals, juice, toast with teas or coffees

Dated with Basic amenities as you would expect for the price, stairs as you would expect in an older building.

Its proximity to the city centre, cathedral and docks/quays

Too many stairs and corridors, the difficulty in finding the property as the front was covered over and no clear signage to the car park. It called itself a boutique hotel but it isn’t

Staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable and facilities good.

Breakfast was really good, option of full English or a Lighter option. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Bed was huge and comfortable. It was 10 mins walk to the centre. Nice little friendly pub next door. Didnt have breakfast so can't comment. Great stay overall.
