Shower took for ever to get warm, and unsure which way to turn the tap to increase temperature

Hotel manager was very accommodating, facilities were great for a cheap price, overall a really amazing experience.

Poor

Room was meant to be Executive. It had a rescue mattress the wrong size over the existing. The sheet did not fit. Staff said the only differance between standard and Exec was a bottyle of water.Menu poor, had a veg burgar the size of a 50p piece.

Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced we supposedly had an executive room however the shower was poor with a dirty shower curtain which was too big the lampshade was dirty no Aircon the fan provided was full of dust and only worked on two settings, the bed was two pushed together and every time went near the middle nearly fell through the middle, breakfast was ok however the ingredients ie bacon and sausages were very poor quality, when you're paying £264 for two days £60 of which was for breakfast you expect a lot better I'm afraid plus £5 each day for parking on top which is very poor for a hotel who charge too much in the first place ! I was very disappointed, the pool needs updating but was adequate and made up somewhat for the room and parking.

mattresses so uncomfortable, pillows not very comfortable, neck and back was sore due to this, also the room was so unbearable to sleep in temperatures through the night in room was 37 degrees with no air con, woke up every hour very uncomfortable and warm, was so bad we got up at 6am and checked out a night early

The range at breakfast was good.

The cooked breakfast was ok but could be better .. sausages, bacon sweemed budget quality. No bran cereal (like all bran / bran flakes).

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious room. Kind, welcoming staff. Great leisure centre with big, warm pool. Delicious food in the restaurant for dinner and great breakfast with a wide range of options. I've added some snaps of the food and the pool. Didn't manage to take a photo of the room or bathroom but it was very comfortable and spacious.

Waited 2 1/2 hrs waiting for dinner in the end we walked out to find somewhere else to eat

The swimming pool was great.Breakfast was great.Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Fay and Remi at the reception were so good, smiling,kind, ready to help, they were just amazing. The room was clean, the leisure centre was very good, and the breakfast was good. We are satisfied from our visit to the hotel.

Didn’t have a key card, they had to let me in with a master key and felt like I couldn’t go out of the room. Pool and jacuzzi was cold. Staff not helpful. Wasn’t offered breakfast when I came in and then in the morning the staff looked like it was a lot of effort to change this when I asked and then had a face on them even when I said I would pay 15 pound. Also they was stating you will have to eat it quick as it closes in 20 minutes. The hotel looked quite fancy on pictures but I would put it up there with a premier inn.

Warm welcome, great facilities and comfortable.. The pool, and spa facilities were a big bonus to use while we stayed, and the staff at breakfast were really friendly.. The rooms were very clean, tidy, modern..
