Location was great.

The fire alarm going off at. 3 in the morning and the beds weren't very comfortable.

Hotel was right in the city centre which was great not far to walk to the shops

Only thing was the View out of my room window was scaffolding

Room was nice, courtyard view is nice, really good if all you need is a room and have plans for the days, staff seem really friendly would stay again

TV in room didnt like to show all channels heating was a little bit confusing to use but worked it out

The shower was fantastic.

The fact that you couldn't get breakfast at the hotel. I was sent to the wrong floor by the hotel staff. My room key didn't work and no secure parking and the carpark that was recommended which I parked in my car got broken into.

Room was fine Very comfortable bed and very helpful and friendly staff

I was at the front of the building so heard everything that was going on in the street all night and got very little sleep The breakfast was pretty poor especially for £13

Was plesantly supprised at how big the room was. Really good value for money with fridge and microwave. Also having a money off voucher for the neighbouring inn was an unexpected bonus. Was better than I expected. Worth more than the rating they have from Im told is previous management

Having a couple of people smoking and talking loudly outside our window in the court yard at 11.30 pm then 4 am. I have suggested that a sign saying about people keeping the noise down during the night in the court yard while they smoke may help I can accept the smell of smoke as people need somewhere to go and I see it was the smoking place, but having a conversation in the middle of the night that wakes other up isn't acceptable.

Clean basic accommodation with lots of hot water. Our room had a fridge and microwave. I am disabled with limited mobility. We booked a room with a ramp for access which was fine. Unfortunately there were no handrails in the bathroom so I was unable to use the shower. Apart from that it was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As I mentioned before the shower was not accessible for me. The parking wardens are very strict which made life difficult unloading the car and setting up my mobility scooter at the front of the hotel.

We had two rooms. One was smallish and cold, the other was bigger, more modern and warmer!

Storage heaters took ages to heat up. Bathroom freezing. Reception were good and offered to change the cold room. Disappointingly was charged by hotel AND from my Booking.com wallet so now need to try to get one refunded!

The staff was amazing and super helpful. I extended my stay several times, and they went out of their way to help me keep the same rioom.

Having mobility issues, not having a lift is rather painful.

Hardly slept, awake most of night, terrible parking and finding the location of property.

Great location in the city centre. Very close to Gloucester Docks. Lots of pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good value. Clean. Comfortable

Such a convenient location with very friendly staff. Good size room and the microwave and fridge were very useful.

Friendly staff and great location

Very noisy from adjoining rooms at all hours and wafer thin mattress and pillows, no heating in the bathroom so issues with condensation despite leaving the extractor fan on all night.

Excellent location and a spacious room. Bathroom and shower were excellent.

We had to change rooms because there was damp patches on the wall that needed sorting and repainting the second room in the courtyard was lovely

Central Gloucester. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean.

Great location , spacious rooms and quirky features in the bar area .

The beds were old and uncomfortable .

Central for Main Street and 5 mins from Quay

I went in Dec on Christmas Eve ,room & bathroom were clean but it was so cold in bedroom despite radiator being on for hours that l had to wear my coat ! , ( radiator in rooms are Not fit for room size in winter), & a strange damp smell pervaded the room and made my clothes smell too , so l left after the first night, my son was angry that the room was so poorly heated etc, the 1st lady receptionist was very apologetic when l asked her about it all, but couldn’t offer any additional heating ,2nd male receptionist did ask why l was leaving early & when l told him he just said he was sorry about it .
