Novotel Leicester

The hotel is good and the location perfect. But the cleaning lady wash the cup with only water and use towels to clean. Which is very bad.

Cleaning of cups in the bedroom is bad.

Staff were very friendly. Great breakfast. Clean room. Easy to get to from car park.

‘Quiet room’ was on the roadside of the hotel

Location was fantastic, hotel staff were welcoming, facilities were very clean, the food was lovely and staff were very helpful organising taxis etc.

All good, just one thing inspite of bottled orange Juice, fresh orange juice would have been better.

My room was on the top floor, very very peaceful, just how I like it, big room! Decent tv. I wasn’t bothered, I asked for toilet roll, that’s all i needed really. The breakfast was epic, so much choice and all delicious. Staff really nice aswell

Clean and tidy

Parking is outside away from the property, I pulled up outside to check in and to ask where the car part was and the five minutes I was away from the car, which was exactly next to the hotel. My car windows were smashed in and all my belongings taken. I then went to look at the car park that belongs to the hotel and it’s in a backstreet graffitied scruffy area so I rang reception. Explain what had happened. They were extremely unhelpful so I never stayed and went home.

The fridge was completely empty in room.There wasn’t even a bottel water available in the room No toothpaste/no tooth brush.

The staff were so friendly and the property was clean and tidy. Basic amenities provided, but if you needed anything else they done their best to help. Amazing hotel, amazing aesthetics and amazing staff!

Only thing I would say I didn’t like was how complicated it was to use the AC/Heating system.I also didn’t appreciate having to pay £10 for parking especially as a paying hotel customer.

Location of hotel was good close to high street and had their own parking for £10 for 24 hours. Staff were friendly

All hotels I have been to have complimentary water in their standard rooms but a hotel like Novotel doesn't. 3 stars like Park Inn do but they don't. They charge for water plus a £5 tray charge. Continental breakfast buffet didn't have much choice for its size, didn't see any sugar around or chocolate sauce for kids to go with pancakes or croissants. Was quite strange. You can afford expensive shampoos and shower gels from Rituals but basic necessities like water in the rooms which majority hotels provide and doesn't cost that much in terms of expenses you can't provide.

I loved how close I was to everything, the rooms are so comfortable! Breakfast is amazing, no problems with wifi at all and staff was lovely!

Very central. A stone’s throw away from restaurants.

The quality of food at restaurant was very average. There was no tea in the room ( only coffee) but this was provided once asked for.
