Bed, heater not working shower heads are not proper,

NOTHING!!!!!

Everything, the location of the hotel was discusting, had rough sleepers drinking outside the door at 2 in the afternoon. The room was FILTHY, mould in the shower, dirty shower, dusty room, filth and old food on the ledge outside the window, not TV and toiletries as advertised. We decided to book another hotel elsewhere as I could not subject my family to such disgusting accomodation!

Nothing at all to be honest but I had no choice at that time of the night

It was cold, no heating, beds are very uncomfortable and rooms are smells awful

I thought it was Halloween. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bedroom was decrepit. Bumpy mattress, no television, knackered furnishings, damaged walls and doors. The bathroom was vile. Mold in the shower, which had not been cleaned. The sink was broken and dirty. The toilet could not be sat on as it was too close to the sink. I could tolerate the noise of the street, but having to put up with loud dance music which started around midnight and finished well past 3.00am was ridiculous. I may as well have spent the night on the street, at least it would have been cleaner and quieter.Given all the previous complaints and promises to improve, I can't believe no improvements have been made.

It was dirty full of black hair long in the floor of the room the bathroom was very dirty as well the smell wasn’t really good

Other than the receptionist Rude staff. People banging around above me I was told I have a tv in my room there wasn’t I had to wait 2 hours for one on which I had to carry install and set up myself. I was a paying customer but I was neglected over people who are staying here for free

I had an incredibly disappointing experience here and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your self the trouble.

The ceiling had fungus drowing on it. The cupboard door was broken and inside it was filled with dust. We visited last week and it was very hot. When we requested a fan, they did not provide one. Additionally, the reception staff was very rude.

Plugs didnt work so no chargers tv or appliances had to charge phones in lobby … horrific messs , nailed wood left in room. Absolute scam I expected more from such a beautiful building but the people who run it are unfortunately a disgusting breed

Heard everything in the adjacent room, including door being slammed shut, didn't get to sleep until 1am. No aerial cable for the tv so no tv for 2 nights

Wires hanging out of the wall. Windows broken. No towels, no cups. Door did not lock. Dirty.

No Internet bed bugs and toilet to small cut my stay early because of bed bugs

The windows had no curtain, no TV in the room, the bedding was not clean, the bathroom was broken. There was constant sewage smell which I complained about but I was told this is the only room they have available and it’s take it or leave it.

It was rubbish place for staying, room were not as it’s seem in pictures,safety door was broken ,staff don’t know how to talk with their customers

Couldn’t have my bath because the bathtub is so tiny and also no TV in the rooms too.room smells

There was nothing I liked about the place everything was broken In there there was no hot water to bath with the bed room whole hotel was dirty I like the customer service I met a very good guy there checking in but apart from that the whole place need a lot of work I had a very very bad experience

Advertisement of property doesn’t match the actual property. It’s stinky. Druggies walking around with very stinky smell. Bed was broken tilted plaster was off from walls.

Room was vile. Staines all over the bed, splatter marks on the tv and walls. No door handles. M*th pipe outside the window. Awful smell in the room. Black mould in the sink, shower and toilet. After being there for 15 minutes I went to reception to say the room is unusable. I was told "the cleaner has just been in". Asked for a refund and was told no. We gave the key back and left.

Never again

Advertises free parking but it’s a chargeable ncp car park. I tried to pay via app and online no payments going through. But I stil got a fine. I appealed and it still got held. SoEnded up having to pay.
