The hotel was in a great location. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed the spa facilities. We didn’t use the gym but enjoyed our time in the spa.

The bed was very small and quite hard and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, clean warm and tidy, friendly staff. Very well kept swimming pool, sauna and gym area. Breakfast was perfect. No complaints, we would return.

Good location, had very nice facilities staff were mostly friendly, and the food was great.

The layout took a couple minutes to understand, and I would have like the bathroom to be slightly bigger.

The staff were very pleasant and service in the restaurant was excellent.We were served by Will and another young lady who worked as a team to provide a great dining experience.The spa was wonderful.Pool warm,everything worked and it was spotless.

Our room was a bit small and only a rooftop view.

Room was small, but ideal for just myself. The facilities were amazing, a well equipped gym and decent size pool and sauna.Breakfast was incredible, with a decent selection on offer

The swimming facilities were lovely. The room and bed were big and comfortable. The facilities were clean.

I was a bit nervous about getting in to the sofa bed as it dropped a lot in the middle. The heated towel rail didn't seem to work in the room. The walls and floors were very thin and you could hear everyone walking through the corridor and in the pool. It would be nice to have a swimming costume spinner in the changing rooms to help dry the costumes.

The only thing was how hot our room got overnight - we were unable to adjust the heating settings.

It was located between my friends house and the cemetery, which made it easier to travel to both.The food and bar was very good and comfortable.

It had narrow corridors and many stairs to get to my room (38) which was located over the dustbins.

The location was ideal for Motorpoint arena. The hotel was clean the leisure facilities are lovely.

The breakfast wasn’t great vegetarian sausages didn’t taste nice. The eggs were rubbery the tomatoes were dry wouldn’t have breakfast again but would stay at the hotel.
