Nicely decorated.

Most of the staff were rude, also as it’s adjoining rooms you can hear absolutely everything word someone in the rooms next to you says. It’s very noisy as a result, and I was woken up and kept awake at 1am just by the room next to mine chatting.

Location was fab for our needs ncp car park right next door and was only £15 for 24 hours when validated at checkout. Bar area very comfortable and breakfast was great plenty of choice and the dishes were well stocked. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly too

A clean and spacious room with everything I needed. Nice bar area and very nearby subsidised parking options.

The food was really tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was a draught coming from the window so we had to leave the heating on at night. Forgot to let the front desk know about that.

Hotel location was ideal to wander out for a drink and to eat.The reception was warm, friendly and efficientThe breakfast was superb!

Having booked a superior room, and paid more, I was somewhat disappointed to find the room was as basic as a Premier Inn room, nothing special at all

The place was decorated for Valentine's Day beautifully. Fantastic hotel. Clean accommodating and a perfect hotel.

Choice of room is confusing as a king size room felt like just an ordinary size room.

The food was a bit pricey, for 7 chicken wings it was 8 pound, but everything else was good

Not a lot. I have been to a lot of hotels, I think this has the been the worst hotel for me. Won't go back there again.

The breakfast was nice apart from that nothing else was good. The duty manager at the time when we arrived wasn't helpful, there were 4 allocated parking spaces outside the hotel which he told us not to park there cos apparently it was only for drop off even though there was a car parked there already. We had to park in the ncp car park opposite pay £15 for the day. On top of that we got charged for double gin and tonic and a medium glass red wine £25.70 which i thought it was extortionate. The room was spacious but was dark not a lot of light in the room.

Lovely clean room with a nice bathroom and good facilities.

There wasn’t anything to dislike however the bar did close at midnight and we had to order drinks by room service which was of course a little bit expensive.

Bed could be a little more comfortable. Prefer walk in shower to shower over bath.
