The location was brilliant. The room was comfortable, clean and very good value. I would definitely stay here again!

My only negative is the lack of actual parking at the hotel however there is ample parking with a 5-10 minute walk which is actually cheaper than what voco are charging per night.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was lovely. Beds are super comfortable and everyone is very accommodating. The restaurant was fairly expensive but all the food was really delicious. We had a wonderful week here.

On occasion requests were forgotten like fresh sheets, but mostly the staff were really helpful and genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Beautiful hotel, and the breakfast and dinner were great. The room had added value as had hot chocolate and nice touches and shaped differently to a normal room which gave us some quirkiness

I think they were struggling with heating. Heaters behind reception and dinner although great was uncomfortable as it was cold. I woke in night a couple of times and put clothes on as was very cold and uncomfortable. Other than that the hotel was quality

I liked the customer service, the privacy and comfort of the pillow.

The food from the restaurant needs improvement.

Well located but parking very expensive £20.00 a night.

Good Shower & Big Bed

Despite filtering for a hotel with car park, i had to park away from the hotel and had to carry my luggage a long way.My first choice dinner option was not available

Air conditioning noisy and you need the heat on as rooms are cold. Staff are by no means making your stay feel high quality -

Quirky, clean and central location

Staff friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere in bar & restaurant. Good freshly cooked food. Nice room and shower with all facilities. Overlooking a busy road but good soundproofing and quiet rooms. Would definitely stay again.

No parking and the shower was broken (thermostat going hot then cold). Told staff she did nothing.

On check out, there's no place to simply leave the key. So there was a huge queue of people and we had to wait a while.

We tried Voco leicester for first time and stayed in suite with free standing bath, room was just so lovely and we also had food which was perfect, we came up to watch Saracens women play Leicester tigers so it was perfect to be right by the stadium, beds we had such a good night sleep! Staff friendly and welcoming.As long as dates suit us next season we will 100% be back for Womens game but bringing kids next time so we will have try different room as room we had is probably best suited to couples or a solo travellers! Highly recommended

The bed was a bit soft

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The hotel car park was full and we struggled to find another car park nearby.

The breakfast was superb and that is one the reason I came back to Hotel. The hotel is fantastic

I don't like when the cleaner are not replenish the tea and milk sometimes. I have to go to receptionist to get tea and milk.
