The Gresham Aparthotel

The room was very clean and spacious. The steak at the restaurant tasted great and the gym was a good size to workout in.

Really well located. Rooms were modern and well equipped. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Leicester is a really nice city that I would visit again.

There was loud noise coming from the street outside during the night - sounded like an argument outside a night club. Not really the hotel's fault to be fair. Bed was a bit small.

Big room, super friendly staff. A tall gentleman at the reception delivered two heavy bags to our room by himself. Food too is excellent. The pizza was great. Stayed 5 nights. Would recommend

Well they clean room once in 5 days. However they did clean it once on request free of charge. So this is a minor complaint

regularly stay here when in the city - location is good and price point and facilities are better value than alternative hotels. 10 minute walk to the city station

Room was difficult to find: the signage was misleading and then non-existent as I walked through long and winding corridors.No window (except for a small skylight in the celing that I almost missed, felt claustrophobic.Beverage box poorly stocked with just one sachet for coffee.

Central to city but not in noisy area. Looks modern and rooms very spacious.

Neat and tidy hotel, close to city center.

Standard studio bed area has 3 steps down, whereas part of the room and washroom area is 3 steps up. This could be dangerous if someone wants to go to the washroom in the middle of night when not fully wake-up.

Quite a bit of street noise. Boy racers all night long both nights of my stay. Not the hotels fault by any means.

Looks good as a whole, lovely room, clean facilities, hot shower, working fridge, iron & board.

Traveled with a friend and we were going to use the main bed and sofa bed. The latter was quite uncomfortable so we ended up sharing the king bed instead, which was actually two single beds pushed together so the bed could have been set up as a twin room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a small kitchenette for cooking. There are also laundry machines in the building which is a bonus. The staff was fantastic. They were very accommodating. I would stay here again.

The air con wasn't amazing and did have some trouble with wifi speed occasionally.

Breakfast was perfect. Location is great. Really nice hotel. Nice clean and quiet.

Bed sheet was over a bare mattress. So icky. Uncomfortable dealing with mattress buttons all night. Price deserves a mattress pad. Also, walls needs repainting badly.

Was not given any details upon arrival about dinner, breakfast or wifi. I had to ask.

Super location, lovely interior, modern and sophisticated. Big rooms, comfortable bed.

The pillows could be better. Breakfast had very poor organisation. The food was lovely but we had to wait a long time. Continental breakfast was pretty much empty when we arrived at 9.30am and then fully replenished by the time breakfast was at an end. We also stood by breakfast reception for about 10 mins and was ignored. Staff were busy but if they had said we will be with you shortly, it would have made us feel less anxious. It was a real shame as that was our lasting impression after what had been a great stay.

Bedsheets was not clean, the AC was not working each time i was setting the temperature it was not getting set and getting back to 28* the roomw as pathetic warm with no scope of ventilation which gave me severe Migraine and vomiting and that made to vacate the room just in 24 hour. Already I checked in late by 17:30 on 26th April. Left at same time next day. Couldn't sleep or relax just because of washroom flushing sound coming from rooms from above floor. Felt as if the water will be dumped on the head with ceiling, the sound was that pathetic and horrible. I had 4times shower in just 24 hours almost 4hours I was sitting out near the garden and at the front of gresham just to have some fresh air. I travelled from Ireland. I had a big loss to book an emergency ticket bck to Ireland since I started to feel sick and started vomiting with Migraine in that room, also room fares were a loss to me. I stayed here before which was better I must say. The charge is way more. In comparison of service. I usually stay in Ramada encore, I think I should have continued that, as they gives discounts to frequent visitors with much convinence requests by their guests in lesser prices. Really hated my stay with you guys. There is no scope to give ratings in negative or else would have given that.
