Excellent location, good evening meal.
Room was cold. Didn’t change cups when room was cleaned.
Super close to the station. Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Will definitely stay there again.
Quite noisy in the morning from lorries. Not enough hanging space. Could do with some coat hooks. Overall though my stay was positive. The toilet had a dodgy flush but other than that the room was great.
Easy access from railway station. Comfy bed, good shower and room was a reasonable size. Great service from bar staff: friendly and very helpful.
Nothing, it was all good.
Great location easily accessed off a main route. Easy walk to the city centre. Nice staff. Great to have free parking on site.
Nothing at all. Lift was broken during my stay but was a short stay so ok.

This is above basic but is a budget hotel as properly described - so it is limited in terms of resources.
