Great price nice clean room

Right next to McDonald’s so traffic noise until midnight. Room was very small, perfectly ok for a night or two.

The staff were amazing, friendly and super helpful.

The 'wardrobe' wasnt really fit for purpose and there wasn't really any where to hang things in the bathroom. The curtains didn't close properly, therefore the McDonald's sign was always visible. Not great when trying to sleep.

Breakfast started to late to meet my requirements. Needed it to start from 06:30

Went to McDonalds instead

Clean convenient and close to family. End of day nice having the pub for drinks and dinner.

Good stay but tv had 5 channels and with 2 kids could of been better

TV was not smart TV so my son couldn't play his console

booked 3 rooms for our family of 8 for 1 night. It was a great deal and perfect for short stay. There s a pub in the property and McDonald’s is next door.

I liked the size and the en suite bathroom which included a bath for a hot soak. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking nearby was easy and being next door to the pub was great

Easy access to major roads which enables you to get around the area easily. Free on-site parking.

The room and corridors were not cleaned enough. The bed fabric frame had stains, which is very off putting. The biggest sign though of poor cleaning is found at the edges of the rooms and corridors and large furniture where there is a line of dust, dirt and general grime. It is clear that the vacuum which has been used for a long time doesn't get to the edges and a different attachment is required or different equipment.The door battery was low and took three times to open. This was advised on leaving the hotel. It was a mild inconvenience and not something that I had the time or energy to bother walking downstairs and then across the road and into the main building to advise them during the stay. There was no phone in the room. The only reason I raise it here now is that this would have been apparent prior to us taking the room and should have been dealt with prior.A lot of hotel rooms have the system whereby you put the card in the wall to activate the lights etc. It seems that our room had some issue with the device as we found that a card was already inserted together with extra cardboard so as to keep the electric on. The electric worked fine, but it really doesn't create the right impression.Finally the shower was lukewarm at all times during our stay. I personally like a hotter shower and this was not possible, further adding and creating an unpleasant experience. Even other members of my party didnt like the shower and they like cooler showers. This is something that can be fixed with a plumber, but it is not something we raised during our stay as we didn't want the inconvenience of this during our stay or having to switch rooms with luggage and a baby.

Bed was rather hard but fine for the night.

I liked the set up of the pub just across from the rooms which were modern, clean and quiet overnight.

There was little/no info in the room re WiFi, tv channels and heating controls. The latter didn't seem to work but no instructions, so not sure.

Price of beer too expensive

Fab location, great price for 1 night. We stayed 1 night after a visit to Alton Towers & visiting family in the area.Pub for dinner was good & McDonalds for breakfast!

Just personal preference, beds were a little hard & room was a bit chilly.

Nice place to eat and drink across the road. Also a McDonalds nearby - handy for breakfast if you hadn't paid for hotel breakfast

Its a very long way to walk from Derby centre if you don't have a car. There are buses. Not such a nice end of the city.

Quiet location, room was adequate size wise, bathroom on the small side, but the shower was very good.

Easy check on online and then Lincoln completed it well on site. Nice clean room and food at the Inn was excellent.

Great overnight stay. Plenty of space for a family. Good car parking next to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff in both the hotel and the pub.
