Aircon unit directly blows either hot or cold air tight over the bed. Impossible to sleep with it on.

Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed

Breakfast could have been better. Pancake machine didn't work and sometimes no jam. With the limited breakfast range compared to other hotels everything needed to be perfect to meet the same standard

Loaction was spot on. A good variety of food for breakfast, which was included in the price.

Unfortunately, smoke alarm was flashing all night, which interrupted my sleep. A member of the kitchen staff didnt seem very sociable, "no good morning". Possibly I am old fasioned.On our out journey 9.1.26 the person in the kitchen was very polite, and talkative.

Booked disabled room could not access toilet and no disabled fitted hand rails , could not get around the room as bed was not letting my wheelchair get by

The breakfast wasnt worth the money - burnt bacon, overdone sausages and tasteless scrambled egg. Didnt even bother with breakfast on 2nd stay. Rather disappointed at having to pay 2x£10 charge for my car. With car parking and the breakfast situation it made it expensive.

Nothing not to like

Staff at check in were helpful. The location is very handy for the airport.The room was adequate, I guess OK for the price.The triple glazing worked very well. Very effective at eliminating external noise.

The double bed is on the narrow side for a double. Also a bit too firm.The bathroom is really quirky. It has the one door that doubles up as a door to the loo. Quite an ingenious way to save space.The meal and bar prices are very high. Over £6 for a mediocre beer. The food was mediocre, we had fish ships and peas. My wife asked to have no chips but some extra vegetables instead, The guy who took the order said that would be ok. However instead of the chips, she just got a few more peas! The breakfast, pretty limited choice, but adequate. But stone cold plates to put your bacon on! :(

It was a break in journey to London. Hotel was clean and easy to find . Room was spotless everything we needed

Purely subjective but bed although good quality was a little too hard mattress wise . Last time we stayed in Hilton Express was same . Shame because that and the breakfast were only negatives. Regarding breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs were in our opinion a let down . Especially the eggs as overcooked and tasteless . Plenty of other choice though but nothing on my plate gets left uneaten. Surprisingly noise from aircraft not too bad . If bed was softer may have slept through them . All in all good value for what we paid but because of quality of sleep will avoid in future.

staff that was on the desk on saturday ,werent very nice at all , asked for both rooms on the top floor ,had a message bk to say ,the hotel could arrange that at no extra cost ,i booked at 545 and was told that was to late ,and had to rooms downstairts ,that was freezing cold
