Great helpful staff went above and beyond

You had to pay for parking but if you book directly through hotel site it's free and same price as booking.com

Air con in well appointed bedrooms.Bathroom clean .Swimmimg pool good..Breakfast extensive (although not cheap)

Overnight parking free and easy on the adjacent street. Hotel charges.Some airport noise from flights through the night.

Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpfull.

Having to pay to for parking. We parked two motorbikes in one space and were made pay for two vehicles.

Again was conned into booking this hotel after being told that the health spa was open , again I've found out it is closed , been closed since Saturday , when I phoned yesterday and asked if it was open ,I was lied to and on the basis of that infrmation I booked the Crowne Plaza , I could have somewhere else and really enjoyed my stay ,instead I feel conned and ripped off , disgusting. And the staff in the restaurant need to learn how to smile and to welcome people in a morning , I got the feeling they really couldn't careless about the guests , 0/10

Lovely quiet location. Room was good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking.

The digital keypass wouldn’t work but went to reception to report as couldn’t get into the room. Staff happily helped and they gave us actual key cards which worked perfect.

Additional fee for guest's parking seems unnecessary. Was ok value for money but you're mostly just paying for convenient access to local roads and airport, I think.

Everything was excellent high standards, cleanliness , helpful staff , it had the feeling of being in a central London hotel We had our dog with us to who was also welcomed.

Friendly staff

Very noisy, you expect the plane noise being in that area. What you don’t expect are big vents going off every few minutes all throughout the night. You can hear other rooms television and voices. I love that it’s pet friendly but difficult if done on plastic floor where you can here every tap of steps or chewing bones being chewed at night hitting the floor. Not the best sleep.

Lots of noise overnight. Sounded like a laundry machine running all night. Overpriced for quality of sleep I managed.

You have to pay £8 per day for parking and this is not stated on your website. Kegworth is not a city and I think it’s extremely unfair. Apparently if you book directly with the hotel they waiver the charges!!

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms

Room smelt a little musty like it hadn’t been used for a while which was a slight let down. And bedsheets felt unclean (a bit gritty) maybe bed has been made a while not sure. Also paying for parking is a bit ridiculous considering it’s a hotel in a small village

In general, a nice accommodation, but not in winter!

When me and my daughter checked in, the room was freezing cold, +14 degrees. I put the conditioner on, but it wasn't working. After calling the receptionist, it went on, blowing cold air. So the staff brought us an electric radiator and kindly offered to have free drinks in a bar while the room was warming up. I went down to have a drink, had a voucher for that at the reception. When I asked for a "big nice glass of red" the waitress told me that I could only have a small one with this voucher. I felt very unwelcome, no need to say.. The room warmed up eventually, but the bathroom was still ice cold. There was no heating in the bathroom, I was told. So I couldn't face taking a shower there. That was a premium twin room.

I liked the EV charging. Although one bay was only 13 amp domestic.

I prefer not to have to pay for parking. It’s a large car park. I do not understand why a guest should have to pay to use it. I expected the restaurant to be better. The Christmas Turkey was good but there were not many vegetables plus the roast potatoes weren’t. Poor wine list, or perhaps I was not given the wine menu. Why no coffee machine in the room.

We were able to access the room ahead of time. Which was excellent as we’d flown into Heathrow at 5am that morning.

Room was cold but soon warmed up.
