Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was spacious , comfortable and clean.

Traffic noise from windows. Bath had rust patch around the plug hole. Floor creaked badly from door to beds.

Overpriced food in the restaurant.Room was cold, told that heating took a long time to come on, waited ages, gave up in the end as needed to sleep for an early flight.

Staff absolutely amazing from front desk to house keeping restaurant staff even the gym instructor all extremely helpful thoughtful couldn’t do enough food in bar delicious your at airport hotel but inside you could be staying in the countryside will definitely be back

The staff, the beds were comfortable.

There were cups dirty with lipstick in the rooms. Probably, they were not washed, just rinsed. The hydromassage pool was broken.The swimming pool can not be used most of the times due to their swimming lessons for the general public. There is an extra fee and expenses with the parking, which is not included for hotel customers.

Food and drink in restaurant was reasonably priced and good quality. Room facilities were also good

Closeness to EMA. Good food. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.

It’s dated and starting to look a bit tired in places . The bar prices are very expensive

The room was large with a double and a single bed which suited us perfectly as I was travelling with my Mother. The breakfast was also good and the staff very accommodating of our needs.

Although the Hotel is very close to the airport there was no option to book any kind of shuttle to the terminal and as I was travelling with my Mother who was in a wheelchair this meant that we had to navigate the walk from the terminal very late at night on arrival and departure

Friendly staff, perfect stay for East Midlands airport. Comfortable room ,although there were some minor problems in the room. Pleasingly, these were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Oddly laid out room so you had to both lie on your sides on the bed to watch the TV. Bathroom was clean, but fixtures could do with some updating.

For january,The room was coldThe heater could have been switched on for our arrival.

Location good. Was able to walk easily to airport terminal

Extortionate bar prices. We as a couple would of spent more money if prices were lower.

Modern clean and well equipped

We were chosen as guests of the day and given free drinks vouchers and a box of sweets. Which was a lovely start for our holiday!

Some of the long stay parking spaces were very tight to park in.

Very nice very clean staff brilliant food was nice easy to get to the airport
