I liked everything except the cold l experienced.

Everything was fine but it was the cold I froze the heating took time, I had to put on my spare clothes to survive

I like the location

Some staff spoke very little English and the lack of communication wasn't great there's nowhere to eat from but plenty of places nearby

Location was good, staff member was helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we wanted, including a hairdryer, comfortable chairs, a large TV and a worktop. Also I noticed facility for cooking in the shared hallway, which I thought was good.

The only let down was the worktop. Someone had obviously spilt something wet on it and it had lifted an area of finish. It really needs refinishing or replacing. ⁹

Close to where we wanted to be. The bed was big and comfortable

The room was freezing cold when we arrived, so we had to sit in the bed until it warmed up slightly. The tv remote had cellotape over the batteries so didn’t work properly. The light switch was broken by the bed. Place a bit grubby

We love staying there we been there 4/5 times in the last 2 month and my daughter loves staying there and always ask me when till we stay there again

The room was not warmed before. I had to go to the office For them to warm the room. Could they keep my charger please I left in room 18

An absolute waste of money...

The noise.The people taking drugs in the car park.Staff not being available to raise issues. People banging on my room door.People blaring music out loud till 4am in the adjacent rooms.The rooms not being clean.

Nice spacious comfortable bed... Cost per night was reasonable.

Room was damp, also had that damp smell. . Needed a urgent paint job. Heating only worked for a short spell. Couldn't adjust, I did try . There was 2 heaters only one worked. So had to use the small electric heater that was supplied. Room was opposite a pub which had a few visitors during the evening and parked there cars right outside the window of my room.. People opposite must have exited their room and returned a dozen times in 1 evening, which made a loud noise every time they opened and closed the doors..

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the centre of derby. There was a large car park and access was easy. The beds were super comfy which is really all you need at the end of a long day.

The heating in our room didnt work, the electronic key code box on our adjoining room ran out of battery locking my daughters boyfriend inside (thankfully she was in our room at the time so could let him out!) The bathrooms weren't very nice and the fan (which automatically came on when turning on the light) was really noisy. I could hear every time my daughter or her boyfriend (in the adjoining room) went to the bathroom!

Great place, will definitely stop again,staff friendly and supportive.Quiet location everything you need for a stopover

The Google found it difficult to direct me to the turn into the carpark

The property was dirty, smelt of bleach, cold. Doors didn’t fit properly.

Size of the room was good

Could do with updating but was good value

Nice and quiet. The check out was contactless and staff was very friendly. However heating was not great and there seemed to be a sex toy sitting at reception when we checked in which was very degrading. Overall it was adequate and would stay again

Everything is bad room is not clean have a smell, toilet is not clean, shampoo is no here, everything is bad discipline, I'h not again booking, because everything is dirty and smelly,

It was close to where I needed to be the next day

bathroom toilet had blockage which leaked into the bedroom carpet and came up through the bath plug hole

Price, location

Little bit tired, and one one pillow each. But can't complain for the price

Breakfast was not included in the price. This was not acceptable withThree children.

The rooms were good, clean and comfortable.There was no answer when I went to get more towels and tea and coffeesupplies.

Rusty mattress spring that cut underneath my leg when getting out of bed,Very unclean, mouldy splashes of mould cleaner left everywhere Run down.Unidentified stains on headboard

Clean comfortable room close to where I needed to be but out of the city.

There where some issues with noise, but nothing prolonged or unreasonable.
