Holiday Inn Express Derby Pride Park By IHG

The room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast excellent

The bar was good

Our room was so cramped you put a double sofa bed into a room with a double bed and we were unable to use the chair and table under the TV as the bed was squashed against it!!

Great location if wanting to watch the football, staff from front desk to restaurant were all so friendly.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable for someone with a back problem

We will defintely stay here when we're next in Derby. Location - it was a short walk into Derby city centre. Staff were lovely. Friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. Really comfy beds. Really quiet at night.

There was some maintenance work on the lift and in one of the nearby rooms, so it was a wee bit noisy during the day. But this is temporary and didn' t effect our enjoyment.

Good location. Friendly staff. Pleasant bar and limited restaurant facilities. Good breakfast.

Hopefully lift will be working. Additional car parking charges.

Stayed here many times, food good, staff brill, comfy room, good location.

Had a good carpark

Room cold on arrival but the staff did put it on for when we got backBreakfast was a little busy we had to sit on a settee not the best place to sit

Poor

Room was not clean and neither was toilet. Travelled with family. Room was not ready, and had to call them ask them to prepare it. The guy was nice though. We could have been given better room also.

Easy parking, close to station, staff were great

Bedroom floor was grubby/dusty. Obviously had been hoovered but not deeply

Staff welcoming and very helpful.Limited bar food, but adequate for my needslounge area was good and choice of two areas to sit and watch different TVs

nothing to comment about

Location perfect.Breakfast very good.Staff very helpful

Nothing from our stay.

Very convenient for Pride Park Stadium and the quality of the room and breakfast for the cost including parking was excellent.

As soon as I had checked out was treated differently and so not able to get a drink from the bar

Very clean hotel. Lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly great location.

Room was very cold and hard to regulate heat.

The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful place, the staff is very polite. The rooms are clean and well-arranged. I recommend

The breakfast was wonderful. Especially the space was also quiet and comfortable

I felt the staff could have helped a little with our bags when we were struggling to pass the doors

Excellent staff, room and facilities

Modern clean hotel with good vibe only 10 minutes from centre

Car parking operated by a third party. I have a fine which i am appealing

Lovely hotel in good location Staff helpful, room was a hood size

The cups in the room were tiny

Room was clean & spacious, breakfast was lovely

Was not impressed the Lift was not working, but on the bright side, got some "Steps in"

Plan not a lot of choice

The thrifty rotten mattress which I cannot believe that was in a room, ( no 215) for people to sleep on, the hotel should be ashamed of themselves when i asked the receptionists to look at the mattress she asked me why i striped the Bed off, I've seen better on a rubbish tip, we were moved to Rome 219 where the T.V didn't work properly I asked for the maintenance person to came and reset the T.V what a surprise no-one arrived, apart from that what I seen of the rest of the hotel was clean
