Days Inn by Wyndham Donington A50

Firm beds, cost

Parking costs in addition to room price

The price was excellent.

Easy to find and very convenient

Room 113 was a bit noisy with the window open as it was over AC

Room and location

No shower gel in dispenser

Staff were good, hotel was clean

Further away from the airport than indicated, very little food choice, bed and pillows very hard, constant humming noise, so had a poor night sleep, room very hot but couldn’t open the window due to the noise, wasn’t advised about the additional parking charge when we first booked

friendly staff

had to pay car parking fee. i previously stayed and didnt have to pay

Very clean place. Spacious rooms. Everything works. Convenient with connecting roads and shops next door.

Location anx price

Room very basic. No lift.

clean well sized room

takeaway breakfast

Comfy, clean, friendly staff and nothing was too much for them. We only needed a place to sleep so for the value for money we got we were very happy.

Having to go down the a50 to double back to go back up the a50 if that's the direction you were heading. Not really the days inn issue though.

Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. We felt welcome with our dog.

Very clean and comfortable very quite staff brilliant

Car parking prices

Location and the price

Cleaning level a bit of cobwebs and nobody came to clean my room for 5 days

Location as its near work 2 miles.

You have to continue 2 miles down A6 and turn round for 4 miles to get to work

Staff very friendly and pleased to assistVery reasonable charge for cat

Car parking charge of £5 / night avoided if you book through WELCOME I missed this trick as booking .com.obviously don't mention it.Local garage shop next door very expensive. Greggs also expensive.if you need provisions get them before your stay.! Local shops supermarket about 4 miles away

- Location- Staff (2 staff were great, the third not so helpful)- Nextdoor/attached to a 24/7 garage for any unexpected needs, like snacks.

The location itself was handy, but hard to get to by foot, after getting of the bus at the nearest bus stop, about 20 minutes away. Having to cut through a field! Luckily it wasn’t raining. Not the hotels fault I may add. If getting there by car or taxi then it’s ok, but I sadly didn’t have access to either when visiting.

Lovely bed parking

Shower is not good if you are tall.Plus v noisy

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good facilities for a low price- tissues, hairdryer, kettle & toiletries.

Would have liked a bit more bedding, we were cold initially. We would have liked to use the bath but the taps arrangement didn’t allow this.

We checked out early and found a better place.

Room was small, bathroom floor slippery, a small sofa or 2 chairs would have made it more comfortable.Nowhere to eat.

Friendly staff and great value stay, just of the A50 so convenient for my location. Nothing too flash but solid value stay.
